This is a qualitative research based on the study of data from documents and on in-depth interviews with a total of five members of academic personnel and teaching staff including both monks and laypersons<span lang="TH">. </span>Findings were as follows;<span lang="TH"> (1) </span>Regarding the administrative condition of the production of graduates at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, the findings are significant in six aspects. First, there is the student problem. The evidence has showed that competition is more intense among universities. Second, there is the teacher problem, and third, the curriculum problem. Because of that, the entire courses have mainly emphasized Buddhist studies. An another aspect is budget limitations, supported from the government. Meanwhile, some students’ health is an issue which is not conducive to practicing Vipassana meditation. One last thing, the transportation service of the university is insufficient.<span lang="TH"> (2) </span>The role of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university referring to the production of graduates, there are a total of six contributions as follows: The direction of the production of graduates is based on the Higher Education Development Plan, Phase <span lang="TH">12</span>, including objectives, philosophy, determinations.There are a total of <span lang="TH">267</span> programs. The university has encouraged the teachers to improve themselves to keep up with the modern world, The emphasis is to study Buddhism, and vipassana meditation is a compulsory core subject., the university is under the supervision of Thai government, as a result, the missions happen to be completed in producing graduates and conducting research studies. Acoording to the role of the transportation service, there are a total of <span lang="TH">13</span> shuttle buses per day.<span lang="TH"> (3) </span>As shown by the role of the production of graduates during the academic years of <span lang="TH">2018-2020</span>, there had been a total of <span lang="TH">58</span>,<span lang="TH">201 </span>students (monks and laypersons) successfully received degrees. In the matter of curriculum, the task is noticeably to integrate modern knowledge wtih Buddhist teachings. Budgeting, on the other hand, the university has promoted ways to increase the budget in addition to the financial support from the government. However, to solve the commute problem, it is apparent that the university has increased the alternative ways of commute for students and faculty members. In view of scholarships, there are types of scholarships, for example, the royal financial aid for monks and novices. Finally, a signifying importance is educational innovations.
