The research samples were 367 secondary school teachers from the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 Bangkok including 5 experts who were school administrators. They were selected by the stratified sampling and the Krejcie &amp; Morgan. The research instruments were a questionnaire with a double response model (Dual-Response Format) by using 5-level rating scale and a structured interview. The statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the interview forms using content analysis. The research results revealed that (1) the current conditions and the expected conditions of the academic administration to promote the management of the new normal era instruction of the schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 2 were generally in a good level, and (2) the development guidelines of academic administration to promote instruction in the new normal era styles of the schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, Bangkok following : 1) The teachers should examine the instruments’ conditions and learners’ interests 2) The teachers should prepare for distant On-Air lessons more than the on-site lessons, and 3) The teachers should focus on learner’ on-progress assessments so as to follow up and diagnose learners’ development and improvement.</p> ER -
