This study was a quantitative research. The sample group used was 392customers who used the application A-Mobile of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis.</p><p>     The results showed that : (1) technology quality recognition through application with customer experience management Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives at most level (2) affects technology quality recognition to loyaltyapplication of customer Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives wereease of use, usefulness, compatibility of technology, risk tolerance and facilitating conditions affects to loyalty application of customer Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives and (3) affects customer experience management between technology quality recognition and loyalty application of customer Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province were customer database creation and customer retention affects between technology quality recognition and loyalty application of customer Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province.</p> ER -
