It can be due to tensions with the tightness of budget survival, spending, conflicts of interest, competitive conditions in the organization with colleagues, subordinates and supervisors, business competitors, or even the epidemic situation, etc. These will inevitably require organizations today to adapt using their ability to create innovation that will continue to exist. These situations will cause the working atmosphere to lose the balance of the personnel and become a problem in the quality of the productivity of the organization. This article believes that if government organizations and non-governmental organizations can create and develop a working atmosphere in a modern organization, it should help create balance in the organization as well, namely 1) the adaption of corporate executives as coaches that develop people in the organization, 2) the establishment of small informal groups within the organization, 3) the creation of a conversation point or a seating area for personnel, 4) the determination of common eating spots during the day, 5) the build of a small stadium for personnel before going home, 6) there are public or volunteer activities once a month.</p> ER -
