The population sampling was the total 400 support and academic personnel by using a Purposive Sampling method. The research instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire. The data analyzed by using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed studies of opinion on job description factor that was directly related to the organizational commitment at the high level. When considering in each aspect such as the freedom of work, the progress and the job security, they all affected the organizational commitment. According to this commitment, if the personnel who feel they were a part of the organization, they will be dedicated to working for the organization as well as if the personnel had a high organizational commitment, they were less likely to quit their job. According to the study of opinion on factors of working experiences and organizational commitment, it found that the self-importance towards the organization, organizational dependence, attitude towards colleagues and good attitude towards the organization were associated with the organizational commitment at the high level. This can be explained that the perception of personnel towards the environment in their work including the sense of belonging to the organization, the dependable organization, the expectation of organizational response, attitude towards colleagues, and good attitude towards the organization affected the level of organizational commitment of personnel.</p>}, number={11}, journal={Journal of Buddhist Anthropology}, author={rattananon, suphannee and Thanee, Weerawan}, year={2022}, month={Nov.}, pages={110–125} }
