VL - 9 IS - SE - Research Articles DO - UR - https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/KANNICHA/article/view/248273 SP - 131-145 AB - <p>The objectives of this research are 1) to study working motivation of personnel in Space Operations Center, Royal Thai Air Force, 2) to compare working motivation of personnel in Space Operations Center, Royal Thai Air Force and 3) to study the relationship between working environment factors and working motivation of personnel in Space Operations Center, Royal Thai Air Force. The sample in this research was 101 personnel in Space Operations Center, Royal Thai Air Force and in the part of collected data were collecting by questionnaire and processed by the statistic computer program, SPSS. The statistics used for data analysis consists of standard deviation (S.D.), mean ( <img title="x\bar{}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?x\bar{}"> ), percentage (%), T-test, One - way ANOVA and (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient). And set the statistical significance level at 0.05 The results of the research showed that the score, in overall, was in high level ( <img title="x\bar{}" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/gif.latex?x\bar{}"> = 3.97). The hypothesis testing showed that the person who had difference level of education caused difference working motivation in the statistical significance level at 0.05. Meanwhile the environment of working factors had related to working motivation of personnel in Space Operations Center, Royal Thai Air Force at the level of 0.05</p> ER -
