The study involved 127 first-year air cadets from Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academy as the population group. The two types of research tools employed were 1) active learning teaching methods utilizing interactive discussions to stimulate systematic thinking skills in seven areas—analytical skills, defining skills, reasoning skills, exploration skills, linking skills, data collection skills, and sequencing skills, and 2) a questionnaire for assessing opinions to evaluate the effectiveness of learning. The results indicated that stimulating systematic thinking skills through the writing-focused teaching approach significantly enhanced students' comprehension and awareness of patriotism and the military ethos. The participants provided positive feedback on the effectiveness of the learning activities, demonstrating a high level of efficacy.
This research is valuable for the development of air cadets' thinking skills, serving as the main force for the Air Force's duty in safeguarding the country. Furthermore, the findings can be integrated into military training and education to equip air cadets with systematic thinking skills and reinforce patriotism and military ethos.
2023-12-29T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academyhttps://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/KANNICHA/article/view/268705Studying Behavior-based Safety Among RTAF Personnel Who Work with Armaments2023-11-10T07:34:20+07:00Tasayuth Thongyootasayuth@yahoo.comDoungkamol Thongyoo doungkamol@vru.ac.th
The purpose of this research is to study the factors contributing to behavior-based safety (BBS)
in Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) ordnance operations and to propose guidelines for the development of safety behaviors for RTAF armament personnel. By focusing on ordnance operations, personnel will have to work with the weapons of the Air Force. This research employs the qualitative method by studying and collecting data from relevant documents and interviews with RTAF armament personnel who have more than 20 years of experience in ordnance operations. The information from documents and interviews was analyzed and synthesized in order to formulate the guidelines for developing BBS in ordnance operations of RTAF personnel.

The results showed that factors leading to BBS in RTAF ordnance operations were factors caused by the ordnance operators themselves, operational environment, the process of administration, supervision and support from the organization. The development of the guidelines for BBS among ordnance personnel resulted from the use of information and academic implementation according to the principles of psychology, the use of engineering knowledge related to operations, the availability of operators both physically and mentally, the use of standard operating manuals, improvement of management processes, supervision, promotion from the organization and the use of academic principles that have been recognized as standards and widely used both domestically and internationally applied to make organizations have workers with BBS in their operations.
2023-12-29T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academyhttps://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/KANNICHA/article/view/267658Legal Administration of Disciplinary Action Toward Detention of Police Officers 2023-10-02T11:00:52+07:00Nuanlaong Jarunchatjeawnuanlaong@gmail.comSirima Boonmalertsirimasuw@gmail.com
The study on the legal administration of disciplinary actions concerning detained police officers aims to ascertain the attitude of police officers towards disciplinary detention and its associated problems under the National Police Act B.E 2565. The study also aims to establish the guidelines on appropriate disciplinary actions for detained police officers under administrative law. This qualitative research was carried out using in-depth interviews of ten key informants and a focus group with fifty samples, yielding a total of sixty informants.

The results showed that police officers understood that disciplinary detention is an administrative action. Opinions toward disciplinary detention were divided. Low-ranking police officers believed that disciplinary detention only applied to them and not to high-ranking ones. The same group of officers wanted disciplinary detention revoked due to its unfairness, inequality and discrimination. On the other hand, high-ranking officers argued that disciplinary detention should be maintained as it resulted in the effectiveness of police operations. With regard to police detention itself, some of the officers were of the opinion that disciplinary detention did not actually improve police behavior. What it did do was increase the workload of other officers because they would be the ones to work in place of those under detention.

The findings also provided solutions to discipline police officers under administrative action. The key informants noted that measures which could replace the disciplinary detention of police officers were voluntary community service in the public and private sectors, and overtime work.
2023-12-29T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Air Force Academyhttps://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/KANNICHA/article/view/267614Development of a Training Curriculum for Health Communication with the Elderly for Village Health Volunteers in Ban Mai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Pathum Thani Province Based on Taba Hilda’s Curriculum Model2023-09-26T13:45:43+07:00ฺBoosaba Fangsakenboosaba.pang@vru.ac.thPawich Riangsiripawich@vru.ac.th
The objectives of this study are 1) to develop a training curriculum for health communication with the elderly for village health volunteers in Ban Mai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Pathum Thani Province, and 2) to assess the effectiveness of the training curriculum for health communication with the elderly for village health volunteers in Ban Mai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Pathum Thani Province.
