Study the academic administration of educational institution administrators. Mueang Ranong District Under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Phang Nga, Phuket, Ranong. 2. To compare the academic administration of educational institution administrators. Mueang Ranong District Under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Phang Nga, Phuket, Ranong, classified according to educational level and work experience. It is a survey research. There are research tools, including questionnaires. The population is Teachers in educational institutions in Mueang Ranong District Under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Phang Nga, Phuket, Ranong, academic year 2022, numbering 132 people. The sample group was determined using a sample comparison table. And in this research, proportional stratified random sampling was used. The data collected from the questionnaire was then analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and compared by t - test , it was found that

When considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at a high level in every aspect. The aspect with the highest average is the development of the learning process. And the side with the least average is Media development Innovation and technology for education
2) Comparative results of the evaluation of academic administration by school administrators. Mueang Ranong District Under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Phang Nga, Phuket, Ranong, classified by educational level. and classified according to work experience Overall, it was found that no different Statistically significant at the .05 level.
