Results showed that “Bicultural Identity” was found to be the nature of cultural adaptation for both Lao and Vietnamese students. The number one factors that facilitate cultural adaptation were Thai friends; other factors were Lao and Vietnamese students themselves, academic staff, Thai language and cultural training course, Thai media consumption.
