Therefore, this research analyzes and synthesizes of local users and environments to provide a model of work. The results found that the popularity of tourism makes it difficult to manage the Bangsaen beach and maintain cleanliness, thus affecting the environment, ocean water, and the problem of residual waste at the beach. Marine debris is divided into three groups: the first group is shipwrecks, broken harbor, and ruins and construction waste, the second group is fishing equipment such as nets, fishing lines, and buoys and the third group is other garbage that should not be abandoned into the sea, but most of the wastes found in the sea such as plastic bottles and plastic bags. Most of the marine debris, found at Bangsaen beach, is in the third group which is a group of garbage that should not be dumped into the sea, but found in the sea, such as plastic water bottles and plastic bags. On the other hand, Von Napa Beach is the area of the fishing village, which is experiencing the same problems as Bangsaen beaches where there is a lot of marine waste. The marine debris found in the first group and the second group, such as nets, ropes, plastic waste. These two areas, Bangsaen beach and Von Napa beach, are the largest amount of garbage in Sansuk city. According to landfill method, the area of waste disposal in Sansuk municipality is limited which making it impossible to dispose of 100 percent of the garbage and the residual waste in the area. This residual waste has been swept into the sea by water to become marine litter that is an environmental problem and affects tourist attractions including communities in Sansuk area. From the analysis of marine debris and local waste, it was found that the waste of PET, Polyethylene Terephthalate, plastic water bottles was more than any other types of waste. Therefore, the researcher used PET plastic to experiment with heat at 230 degrees Celsius to find the process of plastic deformation. The result is that plastic melts according to the specified shape template. Then the researcher studies the process development of local disposable wastes at Von Napa beach, such as ropes, fishing nets and nets, together to create a new type of material mixed with resin, a material that is close to both properties and characteristics of plastics. This creative research was conducted from the study of the area of Bangsaen beach and Von Napa beach to obtain processing materials from marine debris with appropriate creative qualities and properties and inspired by the cultural community that influences the concept of connecting between the artworks and the environment. The processes of experimenting with materials are suitable for art pieces forming according to the concept. It is based on the theoretical principles of art and aesthetic theory to communicate the meaning of the rhythm of nature from the sea waves. The researcher also uses repetitive simple shapes (Minimalism) technique to arrange in order and applies the principles of eyes movement dynamic to the perception that affects the audience. This creative project is sculptural installation. The results of this research were accomplishment and expected to lead to the development of material knowledge in art and design that is unique in its creation including as a guideline in campaigning to reduce the amount of waste.</p>}, number={3}, journal={KKU Research Journal (Graduate Studies) Humanities and Social Sciences}, author={Aroonsrimorakot, Supara and Somthai, Pitiwat and Panthupakorn, Poradee}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={170–186} }
