The study employs a mixed-methods approach divided into two phases. Phase 1 involves quantitative research with a population of 1,196 school administrators and teachers, from which a sample of 290 participants from the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nong Khai was obtained through stratified random sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using basic statistics, including mean, standard deviation, and priority needs assessment using the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNIModified). Phase 2 consists of qualitative research, involving interviews with five key informants: one policy-level administrator, three school administrators, and one teacher. The qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis. The research findings show that the current state and desirable conditions of blended internal supervision are at the highest level overall. The current state of internal supervision planning has the highest average score, with both face-to-face and online supervision methods being used. Regarding needs, the improvement and development aspect has the lowest average score, indicating a need to enhance the efficiency of the supervision process. Additionally, there is a demand for strengthening teachers' knowledge and skills before supervision, as well as an increased need for using technology and innovation in learning management. The guidelines for blended internal supervision for teachers' active learning management consist of 7 main components: 1) Creating a participatory atmosphere 2) Designing learning activities 3) Using blended supervision methods 4) Utilizing media, innovation, and technology 5) Measurement and evaluation 6) Enhancing knowledge before supervision 7) Evaluating supervision results. The assessment of the appropriateness and feasibility of these guidelines by experts found that all components were rated at the highest level for both appropriateness and feasibility.

2024-10-08T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/gskkuhs/article/view/272791Analysis and Development of a Skills Assessment Test of Financial and Investment Literacy in Digital Era for Undergrade Students in Private University2024-05-28T10:50:27+07:00Chuleekorn Nuansomsrichuleekorn.n@rsu.ac.thDr.Wongsakorn CharoenpanitseriWongsakorn@gmail.comJakarin SirikulthornJakarin@gmail.com
This research aims to analyze and develop the skills assessment test of the financial and investment literacy on bachelor degree student in private university, The research sample consisted of 150 students which had enrolled to the investment literacy in digital era subject. The instrument employed in this research as a multiple-choice assessment test which was divided into 5 parts: 1) saving, 2) Debenture, 3) Mutual funds, 4) stock market and 5) insurance. In each part had 10 questions. The research instrument was validated with Index of Item Objective Congruence: IOC by experts. Data was analyzed based on two approaches. Firstly, the difficulty Index approach could an indicated the difficultly level in each question, while the Kuder-Richardson's (KR-20) approach had adopted to define the confidence of skills assessment test. As the result, the quality assessment of testing consistency index had a high score as 0.94, while the difficulty level assessment also distributed in range between 0.17 to 0.93. Finally, the confidence level of the skills assessment test accounted for 0.7.
2024-10-08T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/gskkuhs/article/view/273608The Promoting Women's Labor Policy by Applying Policies to Create Jobs for Minorities by J. The study examined general information of undergraduate students, and the data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research focused on comparing the academic performance of undergraduate students categorized by their pre-admission GPA, admission round, and education system, using the one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) technique. The findings revealed that the majority of students had a pre-admission GPA in the range of 3.51–4.00, accounting for 50.30%. Most students were admitted in the second round, representing 50.60%, and the majority of students studied in the regular program, accounting for 81.30%. Regarding the academic performance after admission (measured by cumulative GPA), most undergraduate students had a cumulative GPA between 3.01–3.50, with a total of 22,927 students. When comparing the academic performance of undergraduate students based on pre-admission GPA, admission round, and education system, the hypothesis testing results indicated that these different factors—pre-admission GPA, admission round, and education system—significantly affected the students' academic performance at the .05 level, which was consistent with the research hypothesis.
2024-10-08T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/gskkuhs/article/view/273658The Effects of the Model-based Learning Instruction in the Topic of Pure Substance on Learning Achievement and Scientific Modeling Ability of Grade 7 Students at Nakorn Khonkaen School in Khonkaen Province2024-09-17T11:44:36+07:00Sirintha Bussarakumsirinthabussarakum@gmail.comDr.Nuanjid ChaowakeratipongNuanjid@gmail.comDr.Duongdearn SuwanjindaDuongdearn@gmail.com

The purposes of this research were to 1) compare the learning achievement of grade 7 students after learning through the model-based learning instruction with those of students who learned through the inquiry-based learning instruction, 2) compare the scientific modeling abilities of grade 7 students who learned through the model-based learning and those of the students who learned through the inquiry-based learning instruction, and 3) compare the scientific modeling abilities of students before and after learning through the model-based learning instruction. Sexual orientation represented the behaviors related to an individual’s thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes towards sexual orientation, expression and satisfaction upon on the individual’s society and culture. It was also believed that the individual’s sexual orientation or gender is not limited to only male and female. Meanwhile, achieving gender equality was regarded as a sustainable development goal for social progress and development. Individuals of all genders should be given with equal rights, freedoms, and opportunities to access public services. However, public restrooms in Thailand were separated based on sex assigned at birth, resulting in several gender inequality issues. The appropriate solution was to provide all-gender restrooms, which many countries had piloted to provide them in public places. The Thai government was still required to further study the ways to solve and reduce the risk of sexual harassment in all-gender restrooms along with shaping a positive perception and attitude among service users towards all-gender restrooms in order to make them use these restrooms more.
2024-10-08T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/gskkuhs/article/view/272469Awareness about Cyberbullying and Hate Speech of Students at Donmuang Taharnargardbumrung School Donmuang District, Bangkok for Academic School Year 20212024-05-12T09:05:58+07:00Wichyanont Sutthasoswichy.sutthaso@gmail.comNonthanun YamwongNonthanun@gmail.comKittisak KhongphunKhongphun@gmail.comChonnikarn WongsupcharoenChonnikarn@gmail.com
The purpose of this research was to study attitudes, behaviors, awareness and coping with cyberbullying and hate speech of students at Donmuang Taharnargardbumrung School Donmuang.
