The target group is the responsible person for keying courses that are in the process of recording data in the system to consider revised curriculum consistency and in the process of correcting in according to the recommendations of the Office of Permanent Secretary of MHESI. The results revealed that operators know, in terms of data recording, the Understanding of recording course information in the CHECO system and being able to record course information in the CHECO system. The problem is that the system needs to be faster and more stable. Once logged in, additional information cannot be entered or recorded, including the data recorders having much workload. The research process consists of (1) surveying the existing design of all infographics and signages (2) comparative study with the best practice of signage design (3) walk-through and evaluation by design experts (4) simulation access audit by the users with different physical limitations. The confidence value by finding Cronbach's alpha coefficient is .991 Data were analyzed using ready-made programs. Statistics used in the research include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance. When the difference in means was found to be statistically significant at the .05 level, the differences in means were also compared in Scheffe's Method. The research results were found as Teacher's opinion on Soft Skills of School overall and in each aspect, were at a high level. Design and Development Research (DDR) served as the research methodology in this study. The 12 items of the test were constructed along with think aloud and Q-Matrix. Content validity of the test was validated by 5 experts and had been tried out with 30 students to determine difficulty and discrimination through Classical Test Theory or CTT. Group of tests based on Deterministic–input, Noisy–and–Gate Model or DINA Model with 300 students. The results of the study were as follows: a) It was discovered that there were five attributes, the results of the quality inspection of the test are within the appropriate criteria and be able to use the test with students. b) It was ascertained that there were six aspects illustrated outcome reports. The investigation results of the quality were averaged at the maximum level ( = 4.81, S.D.=0.26). c) It was determined that the study results on the validity evidence of the cognitive diagnostic assessment were as follows: the CVI evidence was equal to 1.00. The validity evidence of the responsive process pointed out that students’ understanding corresponded with their specified characteristics. The structural validity evidence showed that the relationship between all item and the various elements of the assessment accord to the attribute. The validity evidence with other variables showed that the diagnosis results and academic achievement were significantly corresponded with one another at a high level ( =.638). In conclusion, the validity evidence derived from the cognitive diagnostic assessment can be relevant at the highest levels. Data are collected via questionnaires and analyzed by using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as using survival analysis to analyze appropriate savings patterns. The results show that government employees invest most of their savings in savings cooperatives, followed by commercial banks and mutual funds, with savings ratios of 1 to 5 percents of monthly income. The most appropriate investment modes for government employees are savings cooperatives, life insurance, and cryptocurrencies. On the other hand, private sector employees invest most of their savings in savings cooperatives within their organizations, followed by commercial banks, and gold/jewelry with savings ratio of 1 to 5 percent of monthly income more.
