A review of the literature indicates that political instability affects investment confidence and international trade, while economic volatility—such as inflation, energy crises, and the transition to a digital economy—constitutes significant risks that require integrated management. On the social dimension, demographic factors and online consumer behaviors, especially among younger generations, are shaping new directions for building trust and brand loyalty. The cultural dimension reflects both opportunities and risks arising from the blending of local identities with international standards. Furthermore, the article highlights the crucial role of digital technology and social media in risk management, serving functions in assessment, forecasting, monitoring, and crisis recovery. Organizations that can effectively leverage digital data and online strategies are able to transform risks into strategic opportunities. The synthesized Integrated Risk Management Framework from the literature suggests that risk management should connect all four major dimensions with digital technology and innovation to foster resilience and adaptability to future uncertainties. Policy recommendations: Development of a national risk management system; Integration of risk management into corporate strategy; Use of Big Data and AI in risk assessment and monitoring.
Sujittra Panpum Copyright (c) 2026 Sujittra Panpum https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-03-17 2026-03-17 31 1 14 25 Rights Perception in case Termination of Employment under the Labour Protection Act of Employee in the Place of Business UdonThani Province https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jar/article/view/284021
This research article uses quantitative research aimed to study the perception of termination rights under the Labor Protection Act of employees in business establishments and to compare the perception of termination rights under the Labor Protection Act of employees in business establishments in Udon Thani Province. The research classifies respondents by gender, age, educational level, marital status, income, work experience, previous experience of being laid off, interest in employee rights under the Labor Protection Act, size of the workplace, and the channels through which employees receive information regarding dismissal rights. The sample consisted of 400 employees working in various establishments. A 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The reliability of the questionnaire, verified using Cronbach’s alpha, was 0.969. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The research findings revealed that overall, the perception of employees in business establishments regarding their rights in cases of termination of employment under the Labor Protection Act was at a low level. When comparing levels of perception regarding their right in cases of termination, it was found that experience of termination and channels through which employees received information regarding their rights significantly influenced their perception. Employees with different experiences of termination and different information sources exhibited significantly different levels of rights perception, which supports the research hypothesis. These findings highlight the necessity of enhancing knowledge dissemination and providing comprehensive information regarding labor rights to ensure that employees are well-informed and capable of protecting their rights appropriately.
Pokpong Sarabun Supharuk Aticomsuwan Chutathip Thawornratana Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of the Association of Researchers https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-03-17 2026-03-17 31 1 67 82 From Factory Floor to Digital Innovation: Contrasting Applications of Confucian Principles in Chinese Manufacturing and IT Sectors https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jar/article/view/285958
This study adopted a comparative approach to examine the application of Confucian principles in China’s manufacturing and technology sectors, with the aim of understanding how Confucianism was practiced within modern industries characterized by contrasting organizational structures. Data were collected from 278 junior- and middle-level managers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), comprising 148 respondents from the manufacturing sector and 130 from the technology sector, located in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The data were analyzed using t-tests and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that the manufacturing sector placed significantly greater emphasis on behavioral relationships (BR) and ethical leadership (EL) than the technology sector (p < 0.05), while both sectors attached a similar level of importance to social harmony (SH) (p = 0.127). However, in-depth interviews revealed clear differences in interpretation: the manufacturing sector emphasized conflict avoidance to maintain stability, whereas the technology sector valued openness to diverse opinions to foster innovation. Overall, the findings demonstrated that all three dimensions of Confucian principles had significant positive effects on business success (p < .001), with BR showing the strongest influence (β = 0.41), followed by EL (β = 0.39) and SH (β = 0.37) The model explained 60.6-68.4% of the variance in business success (R² = 0.606-0.684) on business performance, business sustainability, and competitive advantage." These results suggested that Confucian principles are not an obstacle to modern business management rather, they can be flexibly applied and adapted according to the specific context of each industry.
Salinee Chaiwattanaporn Prasutr Luangsmarnkul Ratana Palasak Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of the Association of Researchers https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-03-28 2026-03-28 31 1 83 102 Technological, Pedagogical, and Sociocultural Impact Factors and Effective Implementation Strategies of Ai-Driven Personalized Learning for College Students https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jar/article/view/285268
With the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technological advancements, its application in higher education continues to deepen, demonstrating significant potential particularly in the field of personalized learning. Based on a comprehensive analysis of existing literature and practical cases, this study explores the impact mechanisms of AI-Driven personalized learning from three dimensions—technological factors, pedagogical factors, and sociocultural factors—to construct a theoretical research framework. The research aims to clarify the core influencing factors and pathways of AI-empowered personalized learning, propose corresponding educational practice strategies, and provide theoretical support and reference for the intelligent transformation and educational equity in higher education.
Xiaoli Ma Sobsun Mahaniyom Narong Wichairat Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of the Association of Researchers https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-03-28 2026-03-28 31 1 103 111 Innovating Tradition: Wang Wenxun’s Reconstruction of the Paradigm of Sichuan Opera Music and Its Contemporary Value https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jar/article/view/285554
This study examines the creative philosophy, musical materials, and compositional techniques of Wang Wenxun, a prominent contemporary composer in Sichuan Opera, to explain how his works reconcile the enduring tension between tradition and modernity. While Sichuan Opera possesses a rich musical heritage, its modernization has often been constrained by rigid conventions, fixed structural forms, and limited incorporation of innovative musical language. Although previous scholarship has acknowledged Wang’s influence, a systematic understanding of his integrated creative approach remains insufficient.

Adopting a qualitative research framework, this study combines literature review, field investigation, semi-structured interviews, musical analysis, and comparative analysis. Four representative compositions, Dust Settles, Frenzy in the Sea of Desire, Mother of Mu Lian, and Flowers Drifting, Water Flowing, were selected to identify recurring principles underlying Wang’s creative practice. The findings reveal that Wang’s concept of systematic thinking facilitates the structured integration of inherited musical traditions with innovative elements (Wang, 1985; Wang, 1987). His incorporation of qupai, regional folk melodies, Tibetan musical characteristics, and modern electronic timbres reflects a sophisticated strategy of musical hybridization. In addition, techniques such as thematic penetration, harmonic and polyphonic expansion, and modern orchestration significantly enhance the expressive capacity of Sichuan Opera.

Overall, Wang’s creative model provides a valuable conceptual framework for guiding the future development and modernization of Chinese traditional opera, contributing to broader discussions on cultural continuity and innovation in contemporary performing arts.
Li Zungang Kovit Kantasiri Gan Shaocheng Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of the Association of Researchers https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-03-28 2026-03-28 31 1 112 122 Effect of Ai-Driven Project-Based Learning on Interior Design Students’ Creative Behaviour: Suzhou Vocational College, Jiangsu Province https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jar/article/view/285267
This study examines the effects of Artificial Intelligence–Driven Project-Based Learning (AI-PBL) on students’ learning engagement and creative idea generation in interior design education. It further investigates the mediating role of learning engagement—conceptualized as absorption, dedication, and vigor—and the moderating role of creative self-efficacy in the relationship between AI-PBL and creative ideation behavior. The purpose of the study is to clarify the psychological mechanisms through which AI-enhanced instructional approaches support creativity in higher education.

A mixed-methods research design was employed. Quantitative data were collected through a cross-sectional questionnaire administered to university students with experience in AI-supported project-based learning and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). In addition, qualitative data were obtained from semi-structured interviews with instructors experienced in implementing AI-PBL to enrich the interpretation of the quantitative findings.

The results indicate that AI-PBL has a significant positive effect on all three dimensions of learning engagement: absorption, dedication, and vigor. Learning engagement was found to partially mediate the relationship between AI-PBL and creative idea generation, highlighting its critical role in fostering innovative thinking. Furthermore, creative self-efficacy significantly moderates the relationship between learning engagement and creative ideation, with higher levels of self-efficacy strengthening the positive impact of engagement on creative performance. Qualitative findings support these results, emphasizing the importance of personalized guidance, collaborative interaction, and immediate feedback in AI-PBL environments. Overall, the study provides empirical support for integrating AI-driven pedagogical strategies to enhance student creativity through engagement-oriented learning design.
Shulin Hua Sobsun Mahaniyom Narong Wichairat Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of the Association of Researchers https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-03-28 2026-03-28 31 1 123 135 Legal Issues Regarding the Request for Summons and Arrest Warrants at the Investigative Level https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jar/article/view/283531
This research Article aims to study legal issues related to the criteria for issuing arrest warrants for suspects in criminal cases at the investigative level. These issues concern investigators' authority to issue arrest warrants, including summonses to summon individuals to testify in cases where the seriousness of the offense is significant. The law empowers investigators to issue arrest warrants, including summonses to summon individuals to testify regarding the seriousness of the offense, according to Section 66(1) Previously, offenses with a prison term exceeding three years were defined as more serious offenses, and procedures for tracking down suspects were established, including the delivery of summonses and tracking. Investigators can track individuals who have not been summoned if they are found to have committed offenses punishable by imprisonment exceeding three years by law. Section 126 of the Criminal Procedure Code was amended to stipulate that investigators have the authority to issue new summonses for suspects, even if they fail to appear for more than two scheduled appointments, once the individual is known to be unable to testify. Because there is a reasonable cause, such as illness or being on important official business, the investigating officer may consider the facts regarding the failure to appear as summoned and amend Section 135 of the Criminal Procedure Code regarding failure to appear as summoned by specifying that if a person who has been summoned to acknowledge the charges but fails to appear as summoned without reasonable cause twice, the court may issue an arrest warrant for that person.
Thawal Ruyaporn Chatchai Kankwamdee Chamnan Chadit Roongrattana Jaroenjitt Umawan Ruyaporn Phanuwat Boonyoung Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of the Association of Researchers https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-02-17 2026-02-17 31 1 136 147 Assessment Strategy of Organization Resilience Management Success in The Tutorial School Business of The Franchise System https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jar/article/view/286923
In the context of globalization, rapid changes have occurred in environmental, social, and economic conditions, along with increasingly intense business competition. The study investigates these challenges through the analytical lens of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) and examines the coherence of relevant laws and policies governing water and land resources.

Methodologically, the study employs a synthesis of academic literature, policy documents, and technical reports especially government documents related to water resources management, the Water Resources Act B.E. 2018, hydrological situation reports, and spatial data concerning the Pak Phanang Basin. These sources are integrated with theoretical frameworks on IWRM and adaptive water law to construct a comprehensive analytical perspective.

The findings reveal that irrigation encroachment is closely linked to structural legal constraints, weak enforcement, and the absence of meaningful community participation mechanisms. Moreover, the centralized management system has proven inadequate in responding to complex and evolving water-related risks, such as increasing salinity intrusion and recurrent droughts exacerbated by climate change.

Based on these findings, this article proposes several policy recommendations: reforming basin governance systems and regulatory institutional structures; ensuring systematic alignment among land, urban planning, and irrigation laws; empowering water user organizations as co-rule makers alongside the state; and developing smart water infrastructure to mitigate emerging risks. Collectively, these measures aim to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and long-term sustainability of water resource management.
Kohpong Jaeikaew Roongrattana Jaroenjit Copyright (c) 2026 ก่อพงศ์ เจ้ยแก้ว, รุ่งรัตนา เจริญจิตต์ https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-03-28 2026-03-28 31 1 26 40 Evolution of Labour Protection from Subcontracted Employees to Platform Workers: A Legal and Policy Examination of Section 11/1 and Thailand’s Draft Independent Workers Protection Act https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jar/article/view/284952
This article examines the evolution of labour protection in Thailand from subcontracted employees to platform workers in the context of long-term structural changes in the labour market. While Section 11/1 of the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 was intended to impose legal responsibility on business operators as employers for subcontracted workers, ambiguities in statutory language and judicial interpretation have limited its effectiveness. At the same time, the rapid expansion of the platform economy has produced a growing group of workers who are formally classified as independent contractors, despite being subject to algorithmic control and excluded from social protection.

The article addresses the question of how Thai labour law can be adapted to protect workers engaged in emerging forms of employment. It employs doctrinal legal research combined with comparative and policy analysis, drawing on the theoretical frameworks of triangular employment relationships, the concept of Decent Work, and debates on the regulatory limits of labour law in the platform economy.

The article offers three main contributions: (1) reconceptualising Section 11/1 as an early manifestation of the “functional employer” doctrine; (2) proposing an integrated labour protection model applicable to both subcontracted and platform workers; and (3) analysing the evolution of labour legislation through a “policy–law feedback loop” framework. Based on these insights, the article advances policy recommendations for reforming existing labour laws and developing new regulatory instruments to promote Decent Work standards in the digital economy.
Somsong Raksapol Roongrattana Jaroenjitt Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of the Association of Researchers https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-03-28 2026-03-28 31 1 41 53 Deliberative Participation Innovation: A Pathway to Decentralization and Sustainable Local Development https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jar/article/view/284955
This article is a conceptual paper employing an integrative literature review to examine deliberative participation innovation as a mechanism linking decentralization and local governance in the Thai context. Despite more than two decades of decentralization reforms, participatory practices in Thailand remain largely quantitative and weakly connected to substantive policy decision-making. The objective of this paper is to synthesize conceptual frameworks that support participation centered on the quality of deliberation, grounded in information, reason-giving, and equality of voice.

The study integrates three strands of theory: (1) deliberative democracy, (2) decentralization and governance, and (3) digital participatory innovation, in order to develop a Deliberative–Innovative Governance framework applicable at the local level. The synthesis identifies five interrelated dimensions: (1) horizontal collaborative structures among state, private, and civic actors; (2) deliberative processes based on reason and information that mitigate domination; (3) the use of e-Participation technologies to broaden and sustain access; (4) mechanisms that foster social capital and institutional trust; and (5) policy outcomes that are transparent, auditable, and aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 16.

Based on these findings, the article proposes five policy-oriented recommendations, including the establishment of local deliberation innovation hubs, the integration of e-Participation with participatory budgeting, and the incorporation of quality of deliberation indicators into ITA/PA assessment frameworks. The paper concludes by presenting a Deliberative Governance Innovation Model as a conceptual prototype for strengthening local governance in Thailand.
Tanyathon Yeamsunthon Roongrattana Jaroenjitt Copyright (c) 2026 Journal of the Association of Researchers https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2026-03-28 2026-03-28 31 1 54 66
