ประวัติดนตรีบำบัดในประเทศไทย

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาค้นคว้าและรวบรวมองค์ความรู้ศาสตร์ด้านดนตรีบำบัดที่เกิดขึ้นในประเทศไทยและมีการบันทึกเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน ใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านบริการคลินิกดนตรีบำบัด (2) ด้านการจัดการศึกษาดนตรีบำบัด และ (3) ด้านการวิจัยดนตรีบำบัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-structured Interview) จากการสัมภาษณ์บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศาสตร์ด้านดนตรีบำบัดในประเทศไทย ประกอบไปด้วย นักดนตรีบำบัด แพทย์ และการวิเคราะห์การศึกษาค้นคว้าจากเอกสารต่างๆ (Document Analysis) เช่น เอกสาร ตำรา สิ่งพิมพ์ บทความวิจัย รายงานวิจัย บทความเชิงวิชาการ เป็นต้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประเทศไทยเริ่มมีการใช้ดนตรีบำบัดเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2533 วิธีการใช้ดนตรีบำบัดคือ กิจกรรมดนตรีนันทนาการ เล่นเครื่องดนตรี ร้องเพลง การเคลื่อนไหว ด้านการศึกษาพบว่า ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2550ประเทศไทยมีการจัดหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนในระดับปริญญา และหลักสูตรระยะสั้น สำหรับประวัติการวิจัยดนตรีบำบัด พบว่า ประเทศไทยเริ่มมีงานวิจัยดนตรีบำบัดตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ.2528 และมีการทำงานวิจัยเรื่อยมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน ประโยชน์ที่ได้จากงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ ทำให้ทราบถึงประวัติดนตรีบำบัดในประเทศไทย เพื่อใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลสำหรับการค้นคว้าและต่อยอดทางวิชาการสำหรับผู้ศึกษาด้านดนตรีบำบัด
