Thailand has set a 20-year development strategy for the country. There are many reforms and changes in the labor market that require more technological manpower. Entrepreneurs and workers need to adapt in order to be ready to cope with the changing conditions of innovation including responding to the Thailand 4.0 policy. The most important factors in entering Industry 4.0 is the development of Thai workers' potential in response to the Industry 4.0 policy, which labor is an important force in driving the country's economy.
