Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of management of professional learning community of Nongphai school, Nongphai District, Phetchabun Province and 2) to compare the level of management of professional learning community of Nongphai school, Nongphai District, Phetchabun Province. Collecting the data from 103 of administrators, teachers and personnel in Nongphai School, Nongphai District, Phetchabun Province in academic year 2020. As the data of the respondents were important, the respondents must voluntarily provide the information. The research tool was a questionnaire, which contained the checklist section and the 5-level rating scale section. Data were analyzed in terms of frequency, means, standard deviation, t-test. The research results found out that the overall of management of professional learning community of Nongphai school, Nongphai District, Phetchabun Province was at a high level. When considering each aspect, all aspects were at a high level. In the order of the sides with descending mean as follows: collaborative teamwork, shared leadership, supportive structure, caring community, professional learning and development, shared vision, respectively. The test compared the characteristics and status of the respondents at different from sex, educational level and experience were average the level of management of professional learning community of Nongphai school, Nongphai District, Phetchabun Province wasn’t different. The characteristics and status of the respondents at different from age was average the level of management of professional learning community of Nongphai school, Nongphai District, Phetchabun Province was statistically significant at a level of 0.05.
