The research methodology adopted 3 types of data collection: documentary study, interview, and focus group discussion. The analytical method used the structural analysis and agency. The results of the study found that the structural conditions that resulted in the expansion of the online football betting business consisted of structural conditions that provide opportunities which are similar to conditions to promote and support the online football betting business; restrictive structural conditions affecting prevention, control, suppression; and structural conditions that are forced as incentives arising from the online football betting business. With regards to the agency, there are groups of service providers abroad, domestic entrepreneurs, and gamblers. These agency have connected and strengthened the network through vertical and horizontal relationships to expand the online football betting network. For the guidelines on preventing and solving problems, in the short period, strict control and suppression measures may be used. In the moderate period, this is the preparatory process for the transition of legalizing online football betting. In the long period, this is the participating and decision-making process. If the majority of people agree on this matter, permission to bet or operate legal online soccer betting businesses under close supervision and monitoring may be considered.</p> Chainarong Krueanuan Pimprapai Snitwong Na Ayudhya Copyright (c) 2024 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-03-29 2024-03-29 26 1 1 20 Efficient Leadership and Strong Group Work: How Do the Leaders of Kokmueng Community Incorporate Sufficiency Economy’s Experiences into their People’s Everyday Practices ? https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsd/article/view/264314 <p>This paper examines determinants that help the Kokmueng community, Songkhla province and how they contribute to the incorporation of Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy (PSE) into people’s everyday practices. Using three groups of key informants to contribute to community development selected by snowball and purposive sampling, the research analysed the data through inductive interpretation and found community insights into some important issues that helped to make the community successful in being a Community of Sufficiency Economy (CSE). The first was that the Kokmueng community had an efficient leader or Phuuyaibaan who built better community human capital. The second was that the community had a committee member that created a tool for development communication. The third was that the community incorporated PSE-related group work as a means to shape people’s mentality, contributing to the incorporation of PSE experiences into people’s everyday practices. This made the community into a CSE.</p> Thaenphan Senaphan Buamai Copyright (c) 2024 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-03-29 2024-03-29 26 1 21 41 Factors Related to Learning Achievement In Professional Teacher Subject, of Students Faculty of Education, Buriram Rajabhat University https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsd/article/view/268853 <p>This research aimed to study the level of factors, explore the relationships between these factors, and create a predictive equation affecting the learning achievement of the Professional Teacher Course of students in the Faculty of Education at Buriram Rajabhat University. The sample group consisted of 280 first-year students in semester 2 of the academic year 2022. The predictor variables included 7 factors: previous learning achievement, learning behavior, attitude towards learning, motivation for learning achievement, teaching quality, parental promotion of learning, and peer relationships. The criterion variable was the learning achievement in the Professional Teacher Course. Measurement instruments employed a 5-level Likert scale, and statistical methods included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) The level of factors affecting learning achievement, including previous learning achievement, was at a moderate level. In contrast, learning behavior, attitude toward learning, motivation for learning achievement, teaching quality, parental promotion of learning, and peer relationships were at a high level. 2) The relationships between factors affecting learning achievement ranged from 0.138 to 0.776, all statistically significant at the 0.01 level. 3) Previous learning achievement, learning behavior, teaching quality, and motivation for learning achievement had a multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.855, predicting learning achievement jointly by 73.10% as per the following equations:</p> <p> </p> <p>Raw Score Equation:</p> <p> Y¢ = 21.037 + 5.786x1 + 3.492x2 + 2.346x5 + 2.446x4</p> <p>Standardized Score Equation:</p> <p>Z¢Y = 0.383ZX1 + 0.283ZX2 + 0.185ZX5 + 0.166ZX4</p> Pittaya Pantachai Copyright (c) 2024 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-03-30 2024-03-30 26 1 42 59 Psychosocial Factors Related to Hygiene Behavior in Community of Secondary School Students https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsd/article/view/269364 <p>The research was a correlation comparative study using the conceptual framework of the interactionism model. This study aimed to identify significant predictors and risk groups related to hygiene behavior in the community to prevent COVID-19 illness among secondary school students. The sample chosen using multi-stage sampling method, consisted of 380 secondary school students. The instrument used to measure the variable was summated rating scales with reliability of .771-.952. Multiple regression analysis found that a total of nine variables, including of psychological traits, situational factors, and psychological states could predict 54.7% of the variance in community hygiene behavior in the overall group. The most important predictor was good attitude towards hygiene behavior, followed by readiness to perform hygiene behavior to prevent COVID-19 disease, and future orientation and self-control. The group at risk for hygiene behavior in the community was male students who should be urgently improved in terms of good attitudes towards hygiene behavior, seeing good examples from family, evaluating core self-evaluation, future orientation and self-control, and being positively influenced by friends, respectively. The results of this research provided guidelines for promoting hygiene behavior in community of secondary school student. The research findings were utilized by the relevant agencies to provide guidelines for encouraging hygienic practices in the community for the purpose of preventing COVID-19 infections and as a basis for future investigations.</p> Worapat Mekkhachorn Boonyod Sriratanasarana Laksanaporn Kamdee Copyright (c) 2024 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-03-30 2024-03-30 26 1 60 76 Awakening a corporate spirit through the process of group dynamic in a career community: The case study of participants who join the development of stability program along Thai Cambodia border. https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jsd/article/view/266912 <p>การวิจัยการสร้างจิตวิญญาณร่วมโดยผ่านกระบวนการ นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความเป็นมาและสภาพของกลุ่มผู้ร่วมพัฒนาความมั่นคงตามแนวชายแดนไทยกัมพูชา 2) สร้างจิตวิญญาณร่วมโดยผ่านกระบวนการกลุ่มอาชีพ และ 3) จัดตั้งกลุ่มอาชีพ การดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นไปตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า “กลุ่มผู้ร่วมพัฒนาความมั่นคง” อาศัยที่บ้านกันทรอมใต้ตั้งแต่ประมาณ 80 ปี ซึ่งมีการตื่นตัวในการต่อสู้ทางความคิดระหว่างชนชั้นนายทุนกับชนชั้นกรรมาชีพในช่วงประมาณ 50 ปีที่แล้ว และถูกรัฐบาลเผด็จการปราบปรามจนเกิดการตื่นตัวต่อสู้อย่างรุนแรง จึงร่วมกับนิสิตนักศึกษาหนีเข้าป่ามาที่บ้านกันทรอมใต้ เกิดการจับอาวุธต่อสู้กับรัฐบาลขณะนั้น ต่อมาเมื่อปี พ.
