Purposive sampling was used to selected 38 university students for this research. The selection criteria required that the students must be at least 20 years old and had never previous received sensitivity training. The research instruments included Rosenberg Self-Esteem scale, Stoltz Adversity Quotient inventory and Sensitivity training exercise. The data was analyzed by the descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon singed ranks test, respectively. It is found out that the level of self-esteem and control aspect of adversity quotient significantly increased after the sensitivity training at the level of significance .001, and .05, respectively, therefore the result hereby conforms to the hypothesis. On the contrary, there are no difference in control aspect, responsibility aspect, reach aspect, and total score of adversity quotient, before and after the training program at the level of significance .05, consequently the result in these aspects do not conform to the hypothesis.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Journal of Social Sciences Naresuan University}, author={Puansurin, Waralak and Longthong, Nathawat and Chandrarungsi, Anuk}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={317–348} }
