The journal focuses on articles in the fields of public administration, political science, and business administration. All published articles have been reviewed by at least three qualified persons with anonymity. Articles published in the journal have been reviewed by at least 3 experts in a double blind peer-reviewed manner. Articles from internal authors will be reviewed by experts outside the journal's organization. Articles from external authors will be reviewed by experts inside or outside the journal's organization who have expertise in the field and have no conflict of interest with the authors.</p> สมาคมหลวงพ่อใหญ่ th-TH Journal of Three- Science 3057-1227 Factors Affecting Work Performance of Personnel in Na Phra Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chaloem Phra Kiat District, Saraburi Province. https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jts/article/view/278637 <p>This research article aims to study the work performance of personnel in the Na Phra Lan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chaloem Phra Kiat District, Saraburi Province, and analyze internal organizational factors affecting work performance. The sample group consisted of 81 individuals, including government officials, task-based employees, and general employees. A questionnaire was used as the data collection tool, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as inferential statistics through multiple regression analysis. </p> <p>The research results found that (1) the overall work efficiency of personnel was at the highest level, considering the average values ​​from most to least, namely time, work quality, and work quantity. (2) Motivational factors affecting work efficiency were work characteristics, work responsibility, and career advancement. From the research results, the recommendations are: Time recommendations: Supervisors should give importance to time by assigning work, and should specify an appropriate time period for the work, and prioritize work before and after. In terms of work quality, supervisors should assign work that is appropriate for the knowledge and abilities of personnel, because this will make such personnel confident in performing their assigned duties. In terms of work quantity, supervisors should assign work that is appropriate for their duties and responsibilities, give them freedom to prioritize work, and not interfere with the work of personnel.
