The samples were 23 students who enrolled in the Thai Singing (MU 2107202) course in the 2nd semester of 2019 academic year. They were included by the purposive sampling.  The instruments were six lesson plans with an Index of item objective congruence (IOC) of 1.00, the subjective pre-test and post-test with an IOC of 0,66-1.00, writing exercises with an IOC of 0.66-1.00, and a satisfaction evaluation questionnaire with an IOC of 0.66-1.00, and with a reliability of 0.85. The data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation.</p> <p>The results revealed that the effectiveness of writing exercises in Thai Singing   (MU 2107202) course was 81.52/81.01 which is compatible with the 80/80 criteria.  The students’ subjective test writing skills in the course were higher than before the employment of the writing exercises. The students had improvement in their writing skills. They could deliver their answers clearly, directly to the point, and generally cover the important aspects. They thought in systematic and rational ways and had the proper writing styles.
