Preliminary Screening:</strong> The Editorial Board will proceed to check for plagiarism as the first priority, before entering the review process by experts.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4"><strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="0">2. Quality Assessment Process (Peer Review):</strong> The article must pass screening and quality assessment by at least 2 qualified experts in relevant fields, and the decision must be unanimous. The reviewers consist of personnel from both within and outside the university who have no conflict of interest with the article. The evaluation is in the form of a Double-blind Peer Review (concealing the names of both the reviewers and the authors).
