The population of this study consisted of 103 schools. The sample of the study was 86 schools. A sample was selected from 344 students consisted of school administrators and teachers. The instrument used in this study was questionnaires. The statistics used in the analysis are the descriptive statistics which is of the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis</p> <p>          The results of the research were as follows<em>:</em></p> <ol> <li>1<em>. </em>The leadership with Integrative participatory Adhitthãna-Dhamma Principles of executive’s educational institutions in overall was at the highest level and each side was at the highest level in every aspects by the average from high to low that participation in the integrated Adhitthãna-Dhamma Principles, participation in integrated evaluation of Adhitthãna-Dhamma Principles, participation in integrated decision<em>-</em>making in Adhitthãna-Dhamma Principles. The least average part was the participation in receiving benefits for Integrative Adhitthãna-Dhamma Principles<em>.</em></li> <li>2. Academic Administration in overall was at the highest level and each side was at the highest level in every aspect by the average from high to low that the development of the internal quality assurance system, the educational standards, the curriculum development of the guidance academy. The least average was at the research to improve educational quality.</li> </ol> <p>3. The leadership with integrative participatory Adhitthãna-Dhamma Principles of executives’ educational institutions under the Office of Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area, participation in evaluation integrated with Adhitthãna-Dhamma Principles (x4), participation in decision-making integrated with Adhitthãna-Dhamma Principles (x1) and, participation in receiving benefit integrated with Adhitthãna-Dhamma Principles (X3) can jointly predict the academic administration of the school administrators at 32.6 percent.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Mahamakut Graduate School Journal}, author={Sathapornvinitngam, Sriprajun and ฐิตปุญฺโญ พระมหาธำรงค์}, year={2022}, month={Jun.} }
