Developing Internal Quality Assurance Procedures in the Digital Era of Schools under Chonburi Provincial Education Office

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the state of developing school internal assurance in the digital era, 2) to study problems in developing school internal assurance in the digital era, and 3) to propose a developing method in internal assurance in the digital era of schools under Chonburi Provincial Education Office. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected from 125 teachers by questionnaire and analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with 5 school directors and analyzed by content analysis.

The results of the study revealed that:

1. The opinion of teachers towards the state of developing school internal assurance in the digital era was at a high level in aspects and overall. In descending order, the highest was on internal assessment report, followed by education plan setting, implementation and operation, and monitoring education standard respectively.
2. The problems in developing school internal assurance in the digital era were at a low level in all 6 components. The first one was on operation according to the plan set, followed by putting the operation outcome to develop education quality, and having education plan and self-assessment report.
3. The methods in developing internal assurance in the digital era of schools under Chonburi Provincial Education Office are as follows:

3.1 Plan: To set up a team for making education strategy development plan and clearly specify job description based on strategic development of school internal assurance.

3.2 Do: To survey fundamental data of the schools by using digital technology, to prepare assurance manual, to build up school network in the area and to arrange workshop for school personnel.

3.3 Check: To set up a committee in monitoring education quality, setting guidelines or methods in education quality assessment and conducting the assessment.

3.4 Act: To support the administration section in checking the assessment, to keep man and materials ready for assessment, and to bring the assessment results for further improvement.

The Academic Administration Integrated with the Principle of Sappurisadhamma Thai Effected the Student's Academic Achievement under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The objectives were 1) to study academic administration integrated with the principle of sappaurisadhamma thai of the administrators under Nakhonpathom primary education service area office 2 2) to study student’s academic achievement under Nakhonpathom primary education service area office 2 and 3) to study academic administration integrated whit the principle of sappaurisadhamma thai effected the student’s academic achievement Nakhonpathom primary education service area office 2. The sample group was schools under Nakhonpathom primary education service area 2 quantity 92 school. The total was 276 people. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using software program. The statistics of data analysis included Frequency, Percentage, Arithmetic Mean and Standard Deviation. Hypothesis testing and Stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed.

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the administration of child development centers according to the iddhipadadhamma of adminitrator under the local government organization Nonthaburi Province; 2) to study the national standards for early childhood care under the local government organization nonthaburi province; and 3) To study the administration of child development centers according to the iddhipada dhamma of adminitrator affecting the national standards for early childhood care under the local government organization nonthaburi province. The samples consisted of 291 people administrators and teachers/caregivers provide care. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis (stepwise method).

Sub-district Quality Management Strategies for Schools Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission

This thesis aims to 1) study the condition of the administration of subdistrict schools with quality potential under the Office of the Basic Education Commission 2) analyze the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities highly conducive to management that has the highest average is technology, followed by economic, social, political and government policies, respectively. Desirable conditions for the management of subdistrict schools with quality potential under the Office of the Basic Education Commission require the process aspect of the internal environment to be at the highest level with the highest average, followed by the Input, PIE Cycle, Outcome and Output aspects, respectively. The external environment requires the highest level of technological and economic demands, followed by social political and government policies, respectively.

In short, the process-side is the internal environment that ranks highest in both current and desirable conditions. As for the external environment, when the mean was sorted from high to low, it was found that the order was consistent in all respects for both current and desirable conditions. These are technology, economic, social, political and government policies. And Threats regarding the management of the aforementioned schools 3) develop strategies for the management of these schools; and 4) assess and certify their management strategies. The samples used were primary schools across the country that has been deemed to have the potential to become quality schools in their subdistricts, totaling 364 schools. Mixed research methods were used; the tools used were semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, audits, probability and feasibility assessments, as well as strategy assessments and certification. Statistics used in the analysis of data include frequencies, percentages, averages, standard deviations and PNI Modified indices, as well as descriptive content analyses.

Research results found that:

The present condition of the administration has a high internal environment

level in the Process aspect, which also has the highest average. This is followed by the PIE Cycle, Input, Output and Outcome aspects, respectively. The external environmental factor

Strengths in the Input aspect are personnel, while Process strengths are the management process and the process of supervision and monitoring. Output strengths include learners having desirable attributes. Strengths in the PIE Cycle include evaluation, planning and the implementation of the plan. Input weaknesses are materials, tools, media, technology, learning resources, and budgets. Output weaknesses are learners who have 21st century skills and learners having knowledge according to the curriculum. Weaknesses in outcomes are good and smart learners who are happy and employed, as well as when the school is accepted by the community. Process weaknesses are the teaching and learning process. In addition, technological and economic aspects were found to be opportunities, while social, political, legal and government policies are threats.

Future Academic Administration of Buddhist University

The purpose of this study was to study the future image of academic administration of Buddhist Universities in the next decade, using Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research. The used tools were questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed by using median, baseline, interquartile range, using packaged programs and content analysis.

The results showed that:

The future vision of academic administration of Buddhist universities in the next decade consisted of 6 aspects with 64 variables. There were guidelines for academic administration of Buddhist universities in the next decade, namely: 1) In terms of planning for student admissions and producing graduates, the target number of student admissions planning for new students should have a variety of target groups, such as the elderly, group of people interested in dharma practice by creating a short course; 2) In terms of teaching and learning activities, the non-formal education system, and informal education operations would mainly take into account the target audience, and adjust the activities to lead to a new way of life; 3) In terms of assessment, there should be clear, reasonable, reliable, transparent rules and procedures. and have the same standards; 4) In terms of learning, there would focus on the integration of multiple sciences and apply Buddhism to modern science, and emphasis on the content of Buddhism that is responsive and can be applied to serve society; 5) In terms of teaching and learning quality assurance, there should promote, develop and evaluate the operational efficiency of the quality assurance system, and emphasis on research practice academic service teaching management which was a mixed system; and 6) the development and improvement of academic administration academic administration of university disciplines required economic and social flexibility

Based on the analysis and research, it raises questions, analyzes the problems, and proposes strategies to solve the problems. Perceived Quality of Service for International Students at Tongren City, China

The objectives of this paper were to investigate the factors influencing international students’ satisfaction level including positive word of mouth to others and retaining for further study, and what factors influencing the satisfaction level of international students. Due to the breakout of COVID-19, a survey questionnaire online was used to collect data from 225 international students and retrieved 220 complete questionnaires and a quantitative method via SPSS version 22.0 was used to analyze the variables and test hypothesis. The results revealed that the factors from HESQUAL model have definite influence on satisfaction level for international students.

The Buddha-Jaya-Mangala Gatha is an important chant recommended by a set of eight benedictory stanzas extolling the virtues of the Buddha. Some thoughts are believed to be verses written specifically for the king. Some ideas are believed that it was written in praise of the Lord Buddha. It is also thought that this chant was composed in Sri Lanka or Thailand. It is an important chant that has been popular in the past. There is a belief in the Buddha's virtue of the mantra. As well as being popular in bringing this chant to be used in designing and creating Buddhist art from the past to the present.

This research has the following objectives: 1) to study the state of leadership in the 21^st century of high school administrators, 2) to study principles and methods in leadership development according to Kalyanamitta in the 21^st century of high school administrators in Buriram province, and 3) to propose guidelines for leadership development according to Kalyanamitta in the 21^st century of high school administrators in Buriram province. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected from 191 samples by questionnaire and analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were gained from in-depth interviews and analyzed by content analysis.

The study results were as follows:

1. The opinion towards the state of leadership in the 21^st century of high school administrators was at a high level overall. In details with descending order, the highest level was on capability, followed by achievement, human relations, collaboration, and communication respectively.
2. The principles and methods in leadership development according to Kalyanamitta in the 21^st century of high school administrators in Buriram province are as follows; 1. Profession trust, 2. Morality, 3. Good education qualification, 4. Sacrifice, 5. Effort, 6. Intelligence, and 7. Kalnamitta qualification based on the 7 principles of Sappurisa Dhamma.
3. The guidelines for leadership development according to Kalyanamitta in the 21^st century of high school administrators in Buriram province are as follows: 3.1 Piyo: Personality, human relations, and hospitality of the leaders should be developed. 3.2 Garu: The leaders should have vision, good behaviors, respectful manners, kindness, warmness and confidence. 3.3 Bhavaniyo: The leaders should be alert to changing situations, technology and innovations. 3.4 Vatta: The leaders should understand communication methods and strategies and individual characteristics. 3.5 Vacanakkhamo: The leaders should be tolerant, courageous, listenable, calm and established. 3.6 Gambhiranca Katham Katta: The leaders should have ability in giving explanations. 3.7 No Catthane Niyojaye: The leaders should suggest and lead the others away from drugs and derogatory matters.

Guidelines for the Development of Innovative Teaching and Learning Management of Small Schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 1

The objectives of this research are;1) to study the state of teaching and learning management in small schools, 2) to study development methods in teaching and learning management in small schools, and 3) to propose guidelines in development of teaching and learning management in small schools under the Office of Phra nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 1. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaire from 226 samples and analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were obtained by in-depth interviews with experts and analyzed by content analysis.

The results of the study showed that:

1. The opinion on the state of teaching and learning management in small schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 1 was at a high level totally. The highest level was on curriculum, followed by instructional media and evaluation respectively.
2. The development methods in teaching and learning management in small schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 1 consists of; 1) Problem analysis, 2) Development framework, 3) Development objective, 4) Innovative attribute, 5) development process, 6) Learning innovation design, 7) Innovation development plan, 8) Innovation check and test, and 9) Conclusion and evaluation.
3. The guidelines in development of teaching and learning management in small schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Education Service Area 1 are as follows; educational innovation and technology should be implemented, teaching and learning management system should be based on modern media and technology, and the measurement and evaluation should be relevant to learning activities.

Discipline Development Guidelines for Primary School Students in Schools under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the state of having discipline of primary students under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2) to study discipline developing process based on Buddhist educational administration for students under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, and 3) to propose guidelines of discipline developing based on Buddhist educational administration for students under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1. The data of the study were collected from 318 samples by using questionnaire and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The study results revealed that:

1. The state of having discipline of primary students under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 in 5 aspects arranged by descending order with knowing the proper time, followed by following the school regulations, keeping in order and regulations, punctuality and responsibility respectively.

2.The discipline developing process based on Buddhist educational administration for students under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 consists of the principles of the Threefold Training; Sila Sikkha, students should be encouraged and supported to have self-resposibility, Citta Sikkha, students should be trained to control their mind in their study, and Paññā Sikkha, students should have activities promoting their responsibility and punctuality.

3.The guidelines of discipline developing based on Buddhist educational administration for students under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 in 5 aspects; knowing the proper time, following the school regulations, keeping in order and regulations, punctuality and responsibility. In Sila Sikkha level, students should be encouraged to be punctual, follow the school regulations, behave themselves suitable to proper place and time, and the school should cooperate with students’ parents in monitoring and taking care of them. In Citta Sikkha level, activities encouraging mindfulness and discipline should be regularly arranged for students. In Paññā Sikkha level, students should be informed and participated in activities supporting intelligence and discipline by workshop, lecture, researching, presenting and rewarding.

Leaning Management by Social media of Primary Schools in Chatuchak District, under Bangkok

The objectives of Learning Management by Online Media of Primary Schools in Chatuchak District under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration are as follows: 1) to study the state of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, 2) to study methods for development of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 3) to propose guidelines for development of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The data were collected from 148 teachers and analyzed by mean, standard deviation. And content analysis.

The results of the study showed that:

1. The opinion towards the state of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was at a high level overall and in aspects. In descending order, the highest level started with using online media in planning the learning management, followed by measurement and evaluation, learning management, and problems and obstacles of online media respectively.
2. The methods for development of learning management by online media of primary schools are: to plan teaching and learning based on curriculum and indicators, to create online media by themselves and upload information through multi-media, to integrate with other subjects, to install internet system with stable signal, to design interesting teaching methods, to design flexible criteria of measurement and evaluation, to create online subjective and objective tests, to have students and their parents participate in measurement and evaluation, and teachers should improve their knowledge and skills by using online information.

3. The guidelines for development of learning management by online media of primary schools in Chatuchak district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration are that: 1) Using online media in planning the learning management is to follow the curriculum, indicators, create media by oneself, publicize information on the media, integrate with other subjects, and cooperate with other organizations for school personnel development; 2) Using online media in learning management is to train teachers in using variety of media, provide necessary equipments to teachers and give assistance and advice to students; 3) Using online media in measurement and evaluation is to be able to evaluate mature and immature students in online learning and to build students-parents-network in online measurement and evaluation.

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the condition of academic administration in the new life-based era, 2) to study the method of development of academic administration according to the trisikkha principles in the new life-based era, 3) to propose guidelines for the development of academic administration in accordance with the principles of Trisikkha in the era of the new way of life of the school, the network group promotes the efficiency of education management. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the condition of using social studies teaching media. Religion and culture 2) to study how to develop the use of digital media for teaching social studies Religion and culture 3) to propose guidelines for the use of digital media for teaching social studies Religion and culture of secondary school teachers Phetchaburi Province It is a combined research method. Between quantitative and qualitative research consists of quantitative research. A questionnaire was used for a sample group of 377 students in secondary schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 10, Phetchaburi Province. The data were analyzed by basic statistics, namely frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. 2) Qualitative research. Interviewed 5 executives and teachers. Data were analyzed by content analysis.

The results showed that

When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all 3 areas, namely other printed media and equipment. in the field of computer-assisted instruction and natural media

Developing Human Resource Management Skills in the Digital Age According to the Vuddhidhamma Principles of Elementary Buddhist Oriented School Administrators in Phetchaburi Province.

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the state of human resource management skills of administrators in Buddhist oriented schools, 2) to study methods for developing human resource management skills in digital age based on Vuddhidhamma principles of administrators in Buddhist oriented schools, and 3) to propose the methods for developing human resource management skills in digital age based on Vuddhidhamma principles of administrators in elementary Buddhist oriented schools in Petchaburi province. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaire from 312 samples in Buddhist oriented schools and then analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with experts.

The study results revealed that:

1. The state of human resource management skills of administrators in elementary Buddhist oriented schools in Petchaburi province was at a high level overall and in aspects. In details, the highest level was on work assessment, followed by personnel development, personnel maintenance, personnel recruitment, and workforce planning and positioning respectively.
2. The methods for developing human resource management skills in digital age based on Vuddhidhamma principles of administrators in elementary Buddhist oriented schools in Petchaburi province are as follows: 1) The schools should produce human resource management manual relevant to the school requirement; 2) To set up a committee for qualification screening by using information technology in application; 3) The work criteria should support duty performance; and 4) Technology for management should be provided to school personnel.
3. The methods for developing human resource management skills in digital age based on Vuddhidhamma principles of administrators in elementary Buddhist oriented schools in Petchaburi province are as follows:

3.1 Sappurisamseva: To choose the qualified administrators, plan workforce by using digital technology in recruiting process, and to maintain qualified school personnel.

3.2 Saddhammassavana: To consult with and listen to experts in human resource management and personnel recruitment and development for self-improvement and school development.

3.3 Yonisomanasikara: It should be carefully considered before making a decision for operation according to the plan set in order to protect negative effects to schools later.

3.4 Dhammanudhammapatipatti: To implement the plan for personnel recruitment, maintenance, and performing their duty accurately and effectively suitable to the digital age.

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the state of using information technology for educational administration in primary schools in Pathum Thani province, 2) to study development process of using information technology for educational administration in primary schools in Pathum Thani province, and 3) to propose guidelines for development process of using information technology for educational administration in primary schools in Pathum Thani province. The mixed methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaire from 265 samples consisting of school administrators and teachers and analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by interviews with 5 experts and analyzed by content analysis.

The results of the study were found that:

1. The opinion of samples towards using information technology for educational administration in primary schools in Pathum Thani province in total and aspects was at a high level. In descending order, the highest level was on academic administration, followed by general administration, budget administration, and personnel administration respectively.
2. The development process of using information technology for educational administration in primary schools in Pathum Thani province indicates as follows: 1) In academic administration; teachers should be supported to use information technology in teaching and the information technology should be used in measurement and evaluation, 2) In budget administration; information technology should be used in budget planning, expenditure record, budget calculation through Microsoft Excel, materials and durable articles record, and document printing with Microsoft Word, 3) In personnel administration; data bank, personnel registration system, duty performance report, and individual information should be operated online, 4) In general administration; information technology should be used for analyzing school administration planning and public relations. School Health HERO system should be used in information management for student-assist system and secretary operation through AMSS.

The objectives of this research are to study the state of network support of Wat Phra Dhammakaya, the methods of organizing activities in network supporting of Wat Phra Dhammakaya, and to propose the process of organizing activities in network supporting of Wat Phra Dhammakaya. The mixed research methods were applied in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaire from 335 samples consisting of monks and people participating in activities for network supporting of Wat Phra Dhammakaya and then analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interviews with experts and analyzed by content analysis.

The research results were found that:

The samples’ opinion level towards the state of network support of Wat Phra Dhammakaya was high overall. In details, the highest level was on Dhamma practice activity, followed by public welfare activity, volunteer activity, and public service activity respectively.
The methods of organizing activities in network supporting of Wat Phra Dhammakaya are as follows; 1) To plan and prioritize the significance of work, 2) To set up operating committee, 3) To operate the work as planned, and 4) To solve the weakness and to organize activities for the temple network support as follows: (1) To make the network understand the aim, (2) To specify the role, duty and responsibility of the network members, (3) To have the network members participate in their role and duty, and (4) To give a chance for every network member to share their idea equally.
The guidelines for development of organizing activities in network supporting of Wat Phra Dhammakaya are as follows: 1) In public service activity; the network members should be trustworthy, helpful, friendly and harmonious, 2) In public welfare activity; the center or network members should provide assistances to the victims of disaster and hardship and should provide scholarship for children, 3) In Dhamma practice activity; the center or network members should announce fixed schedules and should focus on Mental Development in the New Normal, and 4) In volunteer activity, the network members should arrange temple and community improvement activities, donate books to learning centers in communities, and participate community activities.

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the level of emotional quotient of administrators under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, Muang District, Nonthaburi Province, according to teachers' opinions, (2) the level of academic administration of schools under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, Muang District, Nonthaburi Province, according to teachers' opinions; and (3) the correlation between emotional quotient of school administrators and academic administration of schools under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, Muang District, Nonthaburi Province, according to teachers' opinions. The sample consisted of 297 teachers, obtained via stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was 5-rating scales questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis tested by Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient.
