Abstract

Due to the lack of protection for the community in intellectual property law, they have no right as a creator of the copyright act, and also not an industrial designer of the patent act.Therefor the community can’t claim a benefit from designers or creators who use thecommunity’s folklore as primary work. For this reason, there should be the applicable law which is truly protect community rights in primary community products and give a fair benefit sharing between the community and product designers.
