This study was designed based on quantitative methods. A questionnaire was used to collect the data from 120 employees in tour companiesas a research sampling. Pearson’s correlation, simple regression and multiple regressionwere employed to analyze the collected data.The results indicated that perceived supervisor support and perceived organization support had a positive influence on the affective commitment but negative influence on the turnover intention. The results also shown that the affective commitment had a mediating effect on the relationship betweenperceived supervisor support, perceived organization supportand turnover intention.
