TY - JOUR AU - วงษ์เชียง, อานนท์ AU - เข็มทอง, สุรีย์ PY - 2013/09/20 Y2 - 2024/03/29 TI - แนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของธุรกิจโรงแรมขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในเขตหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ JF - Modern Management Journal JA - Mod Manag J VL - 10 IS - 1 SE - Research Articles DO - UR - https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/stou-sms-pr/article/view/11855 SP - 107-118 AB - <p><strong>บทคัดย่อ</strong><strong></strong></p> <p>การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงแรมที่มีต่อ 1) ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของโรงแรม 2) ระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยการบริหารเชิงดุลยภาพของการดำเนินธุรกิจของโรงแรม 3 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านลูกค้า ด้านกระบวนการภายใน และด้านพนักงาน และ 3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของโรงแรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ โรงแรมขนาดกลาง และขนาดย่อม ในเขตหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำนวน 60 แห่ง โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโรงแรม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ สถิติของค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์</p> <p>ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพของการดำเนินธุรกิจของโรงแรมขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในเขตหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ปัจจัยการบริหารเชิงดุลยภาพด้านลูกค้า และด้านกระบวนการ เป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนปัจจัยทางด้านพนักงานเป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ 3) ปัจจัยการบริหารเชิงดุลยภาพทั้ง 3 ด้าน ที่เกี่ยวกับลูกค้า กระบวนการ และพนักงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของโรงแรมในทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของโรงแรม ได้แก่ อายุของโรงแรม และระดับมาตรฐานของโรงแรม พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพของการดำเนินธุรกิจของโรงแรมด้วยข้อเสนอแนะของการศึกษานี้ การบริหารโรงแรมควรให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดการด้านลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ กระบวนการภายในโรงแรม ได้แก่ การพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ รวมทั้งให้ความสำคัญกับการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะการปฏิบัติงานให้แก่พนักงาน</p> <p><strong>คำสำคัญ:</strong> ประสิทธิภาพ การบริหารเชิงดุลยภาพ โรงแรมขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม เขตหัวหิน</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p> <p>The objectives of this research were to study the hotel management opinions towards: 1) the efficiency level on business operations of medium and small-sized hotel business; 2) the important level of three factors in balanced scorecard approach related to the efficiency on business operations of hotels, namely customers, internal process, and employees; and 3) to investigate factors relating to the efficiency on business operations of hotels. Using purposive method, the sample size used in this study was a total of 60medium and small-sized hotels in Hua–Hin District. Data were collected by using field questionnaires from hotel managers. Descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, and standard deviation and inferential statistics including Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient were used to analyse the data.</p> <p>The findings showed that 1) the efficiency on business operations of medium and small-sized hotels in Hua – Hin district were at the middle level. 2) Balanced scorecard factors in terms of customer and internal process perspectives were identified as important factors at the high level, while the middle level of important factors was employee. 3) Additionally, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between all three factors in balanced scorecard including customers, internal process, and employees and the efficiency on business operations of hotels at level of 0.05. Also, hotel characteristics including the age of hotel, and the level of hotel standard were found to be the relationship with the efficiency on business operations. Recommendations of the study, the hotel management should pay attention to the customer relationship management, the internal process of hotel organization such as the development of information systems, and the job training for increasing employee’s knowledge and skills.</p> <p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Efficiency, Balanced Scorecard, Medium and Small-Sized Hotels, Hua – Hin District</p> ER -
