It deploys qualitative research method and data is collected through in-depth interview. Content analysis is used to analyze the data from the interview by finding keywords with the frequency. The study finds out that key success factors of digital transformation for government agencies are management support. They have to define goals and strategy for digital transformation. Another key success factor is the government officers who implement the digital technology through the learning and providing useful information about the issues from the implementation. Therefore, they can be used as inputs to improve and develop the digital technology effectively. Since the government agencies have been implementing the digital technology, some obstacles are found including the human resources. They are lack of necessary knowledge about database and digital technology. Another obstacle is data. The database is incomplete with different standards. Finally, the customers lack of knowledge to obtain service using digital technology. Moreover, Government agencies should provide training to government officers and educate customers which can lead to more efficient use of digital technology.</p> ER -
