The sample group consists of people in Bangkok and the vicinity who decide to buy goods or plan to buy goods and services through applications. There are 385 samples using the satisfied sampling method. The research tool is a questionnaire. The total confidence coefficient is 0.985 for analysing frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression.

The results of hypothesis testing showed that: Purchase behavior in term of service equipment is different. This affects decisions to buy products through applications in the new era of people in Bangkok and vicinity. It is statistically significant difference of 0.05.

The variables affecting purchasing decision through applications in the new era of people in Bangkok and vicinity (Y) are factors of payment and customer services (X12), factors of order management process (X8) , factors of price (X2) and factors of service process (X6) with regression coefficients of 0.349, 0.310, 0.099 and 0.121, respectively, with predictive coefficient (R2) of 0.730. The new era of the people in Bangkok and vicinity are 73.0 percent. The results point to the appropriate practical business policy of accumulating intangible assets with flexible formal/informal linkages with potential partners is key to promoting FDI. For policy implication, the government in emerging economies could secure business environment for scaling-up of business operations so that FDI is further promoted; also, the government could facilitate nurturing of firm-level intangible assets. On managerial implications, business companies in emerging countries could act on such government policies to pursue scaling-up of business activities based on intra company intangible assets.
BENJALUX SAKUNASINGHA, Hikari Ishido, Licheng Liang Copyright (c) 2023 Suvarnabhumi Institute of Technology http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/svittj/article/view/265737 Thu, 28 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 A STUDY ON GEN Y CONSUMERS’ ONLINE PURCHASE INTENTION OF ORGANIC FOOD IN HO CHI MINH, VIETNAM https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/svittj/article/view/261250
This research aims to examine factors influencing Gen Y consumers’ online purchase intention of organic food in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The conceptual framework contains key variables including reasons against organic food purchase, health consciousness, reasons for organic food consumption, attitudes, social influence, perceived risk, and online purchase intention. This study applied quantitative approach to distribute the questionnaire to 500 respondents. The sampling techniques are judgmental sampling, convenience sampling and snowball sampling. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) were applied to analyze the data. The findings were that attitudes are significantly influenced by reasons against organic food consumption, reasons for organic food consumption and health consciousness but not by social influence. Furthermore, Online purchase intention is significantly influenced by reasons against organic food consumption, reasons for organic food consumption and attitudes but not by perceived risk. The conceptual framework determines the relationship between seven variables; perceived value, perceived risk, trust, satisfaction, service quality, purchase intention, and behavior. The researcher applied the quantitative method of distributing the questionnaire to 500 graduate students (Master’s and Doctor’s) from Sichuan University, Xihua University, and Ginkgo Hotel Management College. The methods used are judgmental, stratified, and convenience sampling. Before the data collection, the item-objective congruence (IOC) was approved at 0.6 or over. The Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test was accepted at 0.7 or above. The statistical analysis mainly includes Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results revealed the significant effect of perceived value, perceived risk, trust, and satisfaction on purchase intention. Furthermore, purchase intention significantly relates to behavior. Nevertheless, the relationship between service quality and purchase intention is insignificant. The findings help marketers to analyze customer needs and make more accurate strategic decisions based on customer behavior outlook.
Yiwo Chen Copyright (c) 2023 Suvarnabhumi Institute of Technology http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/svittj/article/view/261409 Thu, 28 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 INFLUENCING FACTORS OF SWITCHING INTENTION AND INTENTION TO USE PERSONAL CLOUD STORAGE SERVICES AMONG GRADUATES IN HANGZHOU, CHINA https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/svittj/article/view/261341
In China, cloud service leaders such as Alibaba and Tencent provide enterprise-level cloud storage services. At the same time, only a small number of suppliers concentrate on personal cloud storage services (PCSS), and China's most popular PCSS is Baidu Cloud. Therefore, this study investigates the factors influencing switching intentions and intention to use personal cloud storage services, including perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, attitude, switching cost, intention to use, and switching intention. The data were collected from 517 graduate students using judgmental, stratified random, convenience, and snowball sampling. The item-objective congruence (IOC) and Cronbach's Alpha of the pilot test were approved before the data collection. Afterward, this study applied confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that perceived ease of use significantly impacts perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude significantly affect intention to use. The perceived risk significantly affected the switching intention. One of the factors attracting people to invest or accumulate Bitcoin is because they believe that Bitcoin is money that could even be the money of the future. This article seeks to investigate whether Bitcoin is money and can act as a substitute for fiat money globally.

This article shows that the volatility of Bitcoin prices calculated as a percentage CV of moving standard deviation is quite high compared to fiat money like the US Dollar and Thai Baht around 8.24 to 11.32 times from 2014 to 2023. This attribute hinders Bitcoin from performing the function of money as a medium of exchange. Such high volatility of Bitcoin also hinders Bitcoin's ability to function as a store of value. As for a unit of account function of money, the small unit of bitcoin that is a million times smaller than its base unit compared to regular fiat money makes it inconvenient to use bitcoin in real-life trading activities and for accounting.

In conclusion, this points out that Bitcoin could not meet the three money functions qualification, Bitcoins, therefore could not perform well as money for now even for the future.
Witaya Pintong Copyright (c) 2023 Suvarnabhumi Institute of Technology http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/svittj/article/view/268374 Thu, 28 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 FACTORS INFLUENCING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: A CASE OF FANGGUANG (BEIJING) INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION SERVICE CO., LTD. https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/svittj/article/view/264385
The objective of this study were (1) To study the direct influence of perceived organizational support on the performance of employees of Fangguang (Beijing) International Exhibition Service Co., Ltd.
