The research data were collected using 3 types of tools: questionnaire, semi-structured interviews, and in-depth interviews. The quantitative data was analyzed by descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The qualitative data was analyzed by classification and grouping.</p> <p>           The results showed that: 1) Most tourists came to Chiang Khan to eat local food and visit the popular tourist attractions such as Walking Street or Kang Kudkhu. 2) The overall tourists’ satisfaction was at a high level. 3) Local potential is abundant in resources which enable it to develop into a creative tourism attraction. 4) The Chiang Khan District Office has roles as the head of government agencies and is co-planning with the DASTA for 3 years. 5) The problems and obstacles are lacking personnel and budgets. 6) The knowledge of tourism and creative activities can be a guideline for the development of tourism in Chiang Khan to become a sustainable tourism destination.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Journal of Thai Hospitality and Tourism}, author={Khopolklang, Neunghathai and Kaewsanga, Kantapon}, year={2020}, month={Dec.}, pages={12–25} }
