The Study of the Managerial Development of Community Enterprise in Kalasin Province.

Abstract

This research aims to study and develop the management of community enterprise in Kalasin province. A sampled group, selected by using purposive technique, included 18 groups of community enterprise in Kalasin province. A seminar handbook and a questionnaire were used as research instruments. The contents inside the handbook comprised of five aspects of knowledge-finance, marketing, production, human resource and  leadership. In data analysis procedure, mean and standard deviation was applied. The results showed that 1) there are five aspects of group management that levels of each aspects are significantly high, respectively. 2) The level of community enterprise management was found higher after attended the seminar.
