FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUCCESS OF SOLVING CRIME PROBLEMS IN CHILDREN AND YOUTH BY USING BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES

This article aims to examine the factors influencing the success of addressing juvenile delinquency through the application of Buddhist principles. The study involves a review of research literature and academic articles related to Buddhist academic teachings that are relevant to solving juvenile crime problems. The objective is to analyze the root causes of the issue and synthesize concrete solutions, culminating in the development of a conceptual model for problem-solving.The findings indicate that the key factors contributing to the successful application of Buddhist principles in addressing juvenile delinquency can be categorized into the following model.1.Individual-Level Factors (Buddhist Perspective) : These refer to personal attributes related to belief, faith, and adherence to Buddhist teachings. 2. Family-Level Factors : These involve influences stemming from the family environment and behaviors of family members that impact the correction of juvenile crime. 3. Social and Community-Level Factors: These include the socio-cultural environment and the role of communities and religious organizations in fostering, encouraging, and supporting children and youth to follow Buddhist moral teachings. 4. Justice System-Level Factors: These refer to the integration of Buddhist principles into the justice process to promote fairness and peace. 5. Other Factors : These encompass influences that do not fall under the individual, family, social, or community categories.

SAFETY BEHAVIOR, ETHICS AND MORALITY IN WORKING OF OPERATIONAL EMPLOYEES, CASE STUDY OF AGC FLATGLASS (THAILAND) PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED.

This research aimed at 1. to study the factors affecting safety behavior, ethics and work ethics of operational employees, and 2. study the prevention and solution of work accidents of operational employees. This research was quantitative research using questionnaires with 282 operational employees of AGC Flat Glass Company. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation, and regression analysis. The research results found that safety behaviors along with ethics and work ethics are important to create a good working environment and to work effectively with others. It also reflects responsibility towards oneself, others and the organization. Compliance with these principles will help promote smooth and sustainable work.

THE DESIGN OF ACTIVITY SETS FOR BEHAVIORAL SPIRITUAL WELLBEING ENHANCEMENT AMONG ENTREPRENEURS IN SERVICE AND TOURISM INDUSTRIES

This study aimed to analyze and design activity sets for enhancing spiritual wellbeing and to compare behavioral spiritual wellbeing outcomes. A quasi-experimental research methodology was employed. The population and sample consisted of workers in the service and tourism industries. Research instruments included questionnaires and a manual for implementing spiritual wellbeing enhancement activity sets. The research instrument quality demonstrated a reliability coefficient of .829. Post-experimental data were collected by the researchers and analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis.

The study findings revealed three main aspects: First, the spiritual wellbeing enhancement practice activity sets comprised 1. reverence for sacred entities, 2. merit-making and sharing activities, 3. social benefit activities, 4. understanding life's truths, 5. maintaining family relationships, 6. maintaining good physical health, 7. having clear life goals, 8. perceiving life satisfaction, 9. regulating emotions and feelings, and 10. letting go with neutral mindfulness. The group with foundational experience in lecture-based activities demonstrated lower spiritual wellbeing compared to the practice-based group. Second, the meanings of spiritual wellbeing encompassed 1. good living and happiness, 2. mental strength, 3. goal achievement in work, 4. life satisfaction, 5. meaning in life, 6. emotional wellbeing, 7. wisdom wellbeing, 8. optimistic worldview, and 9. sense of community belonging. Third, regarding spiritual wellbeing outcomes, the lecture-based group exhibited lower spiritual wellbeing levels compared to the practice-based group.

INTEGRATION OF POLITICAL SCIENCE, BUDDHIST PHILOSOPHY AND ETHICS IN LOCAL POLITICAL ADMINISTRATION: A CASE STUDY OF NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

This research aims to 1. explore research issues regarding the scope of integrating political science, Buddhist philosophy, and ethics in local political administration; 2. review epistemological positions related to political science, Buddhist philosophy, and ethics in local political administration; and 3. synthesize an integrated approach to political science, Buddhist philosophy, and ethics in local political administration in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The study employs a qualitative research methodology by synthesizing data from academic documents, relevant research, and in-depth interviews with five key informants. Data were analyzed using content analysis and meta-synthesis.The research findings can be summarized into three main points: 1. The study of local politics in Nakhon Si Thammarat highlights the integration of political science, Buddhist philosophy, and ethics to establish legitimacy in local administration. This involves applying principles of good governance and public participation to enhance transparency and stability. 2) Integrating concepts from political science with Buddhist philosophy and ethics fosters public trust, which is crucial for the development of local democracy. 3) Incorporating moral principles in policy-making and local administration strengthens the relationship between leaders and citizens and promotes effective political participation. The study also recommends expanding the understanding of local power structures and social changes to develop policies aligned with local contexts.

THE USE OF DHAMMA PRINCIPLES IN PROVIDING PUBLIC SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC THE RAMKHAMHAENG UNIVERSITY AIR-CONDITIONED VANS

The purposes of this research were 1. study the application of Dhamma principles in public service for the public by the Ramkhamhaeng University air-conditioned van, and 2. study the development guidelines for the application of Dhamma principles in public service for the public by the Ramkhamhaeng University air-conditioned van. This research was a quantitative research using a questionnaire to collect data from 228 passengers using the Ramkhamhaeng University air-conditioned van service. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and descriptive statistics. The statistics used for hypothesis testing were regression analysis. The results of the research found that the application of Dana: giving; generosity; charity Piyavaca: kindly speech; convincing speech Atthacariya: useful condect; rendering services; life of service; doing good Samanattata: even and equal treatment; equality consisting in impartiality, participation and behaving oneself property in all circumstances. Considering the suffering of the public as the main principle by providing assistance; and service with unity, providing equal and equal service without discrimination. Applying Dhamma principles in public service would be very beneficial because Dhamma principles emphasize correctness, kindness, and justice, which are important qualities in providing service to the public
