SCHOOL BUS MANAGEMENT IN KANCHANABURI EDUCATION SANDBOX

The purposes of this research were to identify and to verify the factor of School Bus Management in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox. The research populations consisted of 57 schools under the Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox. The sample obtained from Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table consisted of 52 schools in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox. The sample obtained from stratified random sampling consisted of 260 respondents included School directors, Deputy director, Head of Learning, Committee of basic educational school and Parent. There were only 240 respondents sending back the questionnaires. The research instruments were the semi-structured interview, the opinionnaire, and the questionnaire of verify the research findings. The statistics used to analyze the data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Exploratory Factor Analysis and Content Analysis.

The factor of School Bus Management in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox were five factors namely: 1. School Bus Safety Management 2. Management of schools 3. Policy administration, promotion and support for school bus 4. Management of the school bus network and 5. Standard administration of driving school providers.The experts confirmed factors of School Bus Management in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox were verified to meet with accuracy standards, propriety standards, feasibility standards, and utility standards.

NEED ASSESSMENT OF STUDENTS CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM OF CHANTHABURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

This research has the following objectives: 1. to study the needs necessary for the implementation of the student care and support system and 2. to compare the need assessment between director and teacher for the operation of the school support system of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Data were collected with 168 executives. Collecting data with administrators and teachers in charge of 168 people is a quantitative research. Purposive sampling was used and responsible teachers using a specific sampling method. The research tool was a dual response questionnaire. Analyze the need by means of priority, demand, index and difference by position by statistics. The research results showed that the most valuable element of need is the tracking and evaluation (PNI_modified = 0.28) and the comparison of the need between the management and the responsible teacher. The management and the responsible teacher found that both the management and the responsible teacher have the highest required element in the field of monitoring and evaluation (PNI_modified = 0.25, 0.30).

THE CAUSAL RELATIONSHIP OF INNOVATION FACTORS AFFECTING THE PERFORMANCE OF SUPPORT PERSONNEL, CHIANG MAI RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

This research is to study the causal relationship of innovation factors from routine work affecting the performance of support personnel of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. Objectives are 1.To develop a causal relationship model between routine innovation factors affecting performance of support personnel of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. 2.To examine the coherence of the causal relationship model between innovation factors from the routine work that affects the efficiency of the work of the support personnel of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The researcher has studied the concepts and theories related to the research as follows: innovation theory concept concepts, theories, operational efficiency, and related research. The sample group was academic support personnel of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The researcher determined the sample group from the formula for calculating the given sample group 20 times per 1 variable. In this study, there were 6 variables studied. Therefore, there should be a sample of 300people. The researcher used a proportional random sampling according to the type of support personnel classified by departments and used a questionnaire as an educational tool. The initial variable is 1.Innovation creation behavior of personnel 2.Transformational leadership 3. Innovation creating atmosphere 4.Learning culture 5. Corporate innovation support 6. Innovation creation. The dependent variable is operational efficiency. The preliminary data analysis used basic statistical values such as mean, standard deviation. The correlation coefficient between observable variables of causal relationship was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient as data for model analysis. The researcher uses statistics, path analysis, and uses a software package for analysis Amos. The results showed that learning culture affects innovation the most, followed by the innovation behavior of personnel, transformational leadership, and lastly is the support of corporate innovation. All factors directly affect innovation and indirectly affect operational efficiency.

ADAPTIVE STRATEGY OF HOTEL BUSINESS IN THE TOURISM INDUSTRY SECTOR IN NEW NORMAL ERA.

The research article of the study was to study the impact of the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) on hotel management on the adjustment of the hotel business in the tourism industry in the new normal era. And to present the guidelines for adapting the hotel business in the tourism industry in the new normal era. This research is qualitative research. By studying and analyzing information from related documents, including the concept of management adaptation strategies. Operational guidelines of the Ministry of Tourism and the concept of the 20-year national strategy for tourism In-depth interviews with key informants include: A group of 6 senior government executives and a group of 7 hotel executives, totaling 13 people, then analyzed and synthesized the data and presented it descriptively.

The results of the study found that Strategies for adapting to business survival during the COVID-19 pandemic, organized into three levels of strategy: 1. Organizational strategy is using the principles of business operations with service quality to drive the organization. It requires using the 3Cs: courtesy, communication, and trustworthiness. To respond to feedback from customers' perspectives providing customers with unique services, 2.Business level strategy Focus on differentiation strategy by bringing tourism culture to create competitive strengths in the business by building confidence among customers in matters of health and safety and 3. Operational strategy Develop work within the organization to gain competitive advantage, increase work efficiency and create satisfaction for customers by adhering to the principles of honesty and trustworthiness in providing services, using more technology in management

FACTORS AFFECTING INVERTOR’S DECISTION TO CHOOSE A DIGITAL ASSET TRADING ACCOUNT THROUGH A DIGITAL ASSET EXCHANGE IN THAILAND.

The objectives of this research were: problems and obstacles that affect investors' decisions in choosing to use digital asset trading accounts in Thailand. and to study the factors affecting investors' decisions in choosing to use digital asset trading accounts through digital asset trading centers in Thailand. This research is qualitative research. By studying and analyzing information from related documents, including concepts and theories about investor behavior. Concepts and theories of innovation and technology adoption and concepts about digital assets In-depth interviews with key informants include: Executives of licensed business operators, digital asset trading centers and the Securities and Exchange Commission There were a total of 9 people. The obtained data was then analyzed, synthesized and presented descriptively.

The results of the study found that investment promotion for digital asset trading center operators in Thailand includes 1. knowing the rules, having to act within the law and strictly following the law, both directly and other laws related to investment. 2. Knowing the market. Knowledge of the market and market mechanisms that promote investment after entrepreneurs reach their goals and 3. know themselves. Entrepreneurs must know themselves clearly for what purpose they are investing. What is the objective? What are the goals? What kind of assets do you want to invest in and how are you prepared to deal with the risks that will occur, etc.

GUIDELINES FOR MULTI-DISCIPLINARY SERVICE BUSINESS ADAPTATION DURING A CRISIS: CASE STUDY OF BEAUTY CLINICS IN THAILAND.

The research article to study this research has the objective to study problems and obstacles and proposals for revising business operations of beauty clinic business operators and to study the ways of adapting the multi-branch service business during the crisis of beauty clinics. This research is qualitative research. By studying and analyzing information from related documents, including ideas about business adaptation models. Concepts about crisis preparedness management and ideas about beauty clinics in Thailand In-depth interviews with key informants include: Executive level and owners of beauty clinics, totaling 6 people, then analyzed and synthesized the data and presented it descriptively.

Results of the study: Model of guidelines for adapting multi-branch service businesses during times of crisis. Case study of beauty clinics in Thailand It consists of 3 important guidelines: 1. Acknowledge awareness of the situation and situation of the beauty business. At this stage, entrepreneurs must have knowledge and understanding of the complete beauty business system to be able to manage the business during a crisis. 2. Learn the process of solving problems that arise through the organizational learning process by providing opportunities for members of the organization to participate in expressing opinions and suggesting management guidelines so that the business can operate during a crisis and 3. jointly developing steps to take by changing the organization to be more flexible. Modern and appropriate for emerging business trends by stimulating members to recognize and accept the problems that arise. Be aware of your role and the goals of the organization to allow members to adjust their operations in a direction that responds to organizational goals.

THE EMERGENT OF TRANSFORMATIVE LEARNING AMONG NURSE TRAINEES IN NURSE PRACTITIONER COURSE (PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE), PRACHOMKLAO COLLEGE OF NURSING, PETCHABURI PROVINCE

This qualitative research aims to describe the emergent of transformative learning in NP (Primary Medical Care) Course. The participants were 52 trainees from the 18^th class of a NP course, Prachomklao Colledge of Nursing, Petchaburi province. The instruments were comprised of 10 steps of applying the transformative learning exercise, the Transformative learning (TL) process recording forms, the focus group discussion guide, the in-depth interview guide, and field note recording guide. Data collection was conducted in March 2017 and April 2017. The major data collection methods were focus group discussion, in-depth interview, participatory observation, and document review. Data were analyzed by content analysis. The result showed that the emergent of TL mindset in each trainee can be categorized into three categories: emerged step by step and developed throughout the learning program, developed at the end of the learning program, and did not develop TL. The result suggests supporting and integrating of TL concept in a Nurse Practitioner course and evaluate the outcome.

MORAL LEADERSHIP OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXCUTIVES

The Research “Moral Leadership of Property Management Executives” is primarily quantitative research and qualitative research is complementary. The purpose of the study is to study the current management situation about leadership and to create a leadership model for property managers. By studying and analyzing demographic data or personal factors of the respondents, and collecting data from a sample of 400 property managers of housing estates and condominiums in Bangkok and surrounding area to provide information about the current state of ethical leadership of property managers. Then create a model of ethical leadership of property managers, check the accuracy and appropriateness of the model, and conduct qualitative checks to find the suitability and feasibility of the model of ethical leadership of property managers by in-depth interviews (In-depth Interview) of experts to check the accuracy of the content of the opinion questionnaire and the expert interview form.

The results of the research found that “Moral Leadership of Property Management

Executives” should have 4 ethical qualities that property managers must have:

THE BEST PRACTICE STUDY OF PERSONNEL WORKING IN THE EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE, A CASE STUDY OF THE FACULTY OF PHARMACY SILPAKORN UNIVERSITY

This study had the objective to study the best practice of personnel working educational quality assurance in the Faculty of Pharmacy. Key informant were 3 personnel working in educational quality assurance in the Faculty of Pharmacy Silpakorn University. This research was qualitative research that collected data by interview, content analysis, and theories. The data were presented by description. The research result was found that the dean and administrators of the Faculty of Pharmacy had a strong commitment to be leaders who controlled, supervised, and conducted Educational Quality Assurance and Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx), which was a part of organizational management and development. It was a good role model of the personnel. They also inherited the intention to develop the organization. As a result, personnel working educational quality assurance in the Faculty of Pharmacy had a positive attitude towards the development of educational quality assurance operations. There was a systematic process PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), which had the following process: Plan - established guidelines and methodologies, Do - operated according to the established guidelines and methodologies, Check – evaluated, Act - reviewed and improved guidelines and methodologies until becoming the best practice.

The personnel working educational quality assurance in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Silpakorn University had the best practice in educational quality assurance operation of 1.driving quality assurance operations by creating recognition, perception, and understanding and participate in educational quality assurance operation. 2. tracking and collecting data to collect data based on indications completely, supporting organizational development and educational quality assurance operation efficiently.
