Aims and Scope
Journal of Art Performance, Semiotics and Cultural Studies (JASC) is the official peer-reviewed journal in the fields of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences.
Journal of Art Performance, Semiotics and Cultural Studies is published 4 issues a year: January, April, July and October.
The main objective of JASC is to provide an intellectual forum for international scholars and Thai scholars. JASC aims to promote disciplinary studies in the fields of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences and become the leading journal in the fields of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences in the world.
The journal publishes both academics and research papers in the fields of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences such as anthropology, business studies, entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, marketing, marketing communication, communication studies, corporate governance, cross-cultural studies, demography, development studies, economics, education, ethics, industrial relations, media studies, laws, political science, public relations, methodology, philosophy, population studies, psychology, sociology, social welfare, performing arts (music, theatre & dance), religious studies, visual arts, women studies and so on.
The Editorial Board is responsible for the final decision, according to with the peer-reviewers and the journal’s editorial policy.
Objective
The Journal of Art Performance, Semiotics and Cultural Studies aims to publish both academics and research papers in the fields of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences such as anthropology, business studies, entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, marketing, marketing communication, communication studies, corporate governance, cross-cultural studies, demography, development studies, economics, education, ethics, industrial relations, media studies, laws, political science, public relations, methodology, philosophy, population studies, psychology, sociology, social welfare, performing arts (music, theatre & dance), religious studies, visual arts, women studies and so on.
This journal uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. For peer-reviewing process, a manuscript that has passed the screening stage must be blindly reviewed at least by two reviewers affiliated to different institutions from each other and from the author(s). The reviewers are selected by the Editor-in-Chief with the help of some other members of the editorial board.

Types of manuscript
Review articles would not normally exceed 10-15 journal pages of printed text, inclusive of tables, figures, and references. Authors should ensure that submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere. The authors should cite publications that have been used in determining. The reported work should be properly acknowledged and referenced and must be written references at the end of the article.
Editors must consider screening for plagiarism, duplicate or redundant publication by using anti-plagiarism software. If plagiarism is detected, the editors should stop the evaluation process and contact main authors immediately for clarification for consideration of "accept" or "reject" the publication of the article.
