The Development of Thai spelling skills using the skill exercises Prathomsuksa 3 students.

Abstract

The purpose of this independent study is to (1) to improve writing and spelling skills in Thai language to be effective according to the criteria of 80 percent        (2) to study the effectiveness index of the learning activities on spelling, Thai language subjects using skill exercises. (3) to study satisfaction with organizing learning activities on writing spelling, Thai language. using skill exercises, Thai language subjects using skill exercises. The example were 30 students of Prathomsuksa 3 students who were obtained by selecting (Purposive Sampling). The research tools and data collection tools used in the research which were 10 learning management plans, spelling practice. These tools used to collect information. Descriptive statistics were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed Thai spelling writing skills of grade 3 students using the skill exercises at 86.5 percent of the students. It had spelling results after the learning activities which was 80 percent higher than the specified criteria. Index of effectiveness of learning management in writing, spelling, Thai language of Prathomsuksa 3 students using the skill exercises were equal to 0.7286 or 72.86 percent. Therefore, Prathomsuksa 3 students received learning activities in writing, spelling, Thai language subjects using a skill training which was the highest level of academic satisfaction mean score was equal 4.27.
