Improving Learning Management Under the Topic of Noun of Prathomsuksa 6 Students by Using Exercises and Cooperative Learning with Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD)

Abstract
Improving learning management under the topic of noun of Prathomsuksa 6 students by using exercises and cooperative learning with Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) aimed 1) to improve lesson plans under the topic of noun of Prathomsuksa 6 students by using exercises and cooperative learning with Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) based on the criterion 80/80 2) to find the Effectiveness Index of the lesson plans under the topic of noun of Prathomsuksa 6 students by using exercises and cooperative learning with Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD), and 3) to study satisfaction of the students towards learning management under the topic of noun of Prathomsuksa 6 students by using exercises and cooperative learning with Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). The sample group, derived by the Purposive Sampling method, consisted of 40 students studying in Lakmuang Mahasarakham School, Mueang Mahasarakham District, Mahasarakham Province, during the 2020 academic year. The research instruments were 1) seven lesson plans under the topic of noun using cooperative learning with Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) 2) the 30-item noun test categorized as four multiple-choice, and 3) a 16-item satisfaction questionnaire.
The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test (Dependent Samples). The results of the study revealed that
- The efficacy of the lesson plans under the topic of noun of Prathomsuksa 6 students by using exercises and cooperative learning with Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) was 73/82.33 higher than the criterion 80/80.
- The Effectiveness Index of the lesson plans under the topic of noun of Prathomsuksa 6 students by using exercises and cooperative learning with Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) was 7139 as students had a progress in learning of 71.39 percentage.
- The satisfaction of Prathomsuksa 6 students towards learning management under the topic of noun by using exercises and cooperative learning with Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) was at a high level at 4.82
