มาตรฐานรหัสข้อมูลในระบบ BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Abstract

         “ระบบสารสนเทศหุ่นจำลองอาคาร” หรือ “ระบบ BIM” เป็นนวัตกรรมใหม่สำหรับการเขียนแบบในวงการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมและการก่อสร้าง ด้วยคุณลักษณะอันโดดเด่นที่ช่วยเหลือให้การออกแบบเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพจึงจะเป็นระบบที่จะมาแทนที่การเขียนแบบสองมิติ

         ทว่าในการนำระบบมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานต้องคำนึงถึง คือ ความคุ้มค่าของระบบ เนื่องจากมีต้นทุนในการทำงานที่สูง ตลอดจนต้องมีการวางแผนการใช้งานระบบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งในบทความนี้ได้ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับรหัสข้อมูลที่มีองค์กรต่าง ๆ ได้วางแนวทางไว้ เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานระบบได้ทำความเข้าใจคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตัวของรหัสมาตรฐานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้สามารถเลือกใช้งานได้อย่างเหมาะสม

         Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the innovation used for architectural design and construction. It is going to replace 2D CAD in the near future.
         However, to use BIM, it needs to consider about its high cost, so the system must be well-planned. This article mentions information codes guided by some organizations so as to be more convenient and understandable for users, especially in terms of standard codes, which will be selected to suit each purpose.
