แบบหล่อคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก พร้อมเหล็กเสริมแบบเกี่ยวล็อค

Abstract

        ในการก่อสร้าง คาน เสา และผนังคอนกรีต ก่อนจะเทคอนกรีตจะต้องมีการเตรียมการ สองประการ คือ การทำแบบหล่อ (Formwork) โดยทำโครงไม้รัดแบบหรือไม้ตุ๊กตา และการผูก เหล็กเสริม (Reinforce Steel) ซึ่งทั้ง 2 ประเภทนี้ต้องแยกกันทำ จึงได้ศึกษาถึงการก่อสร้าง โดยใช้ แบบหล่อคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กพร้อมเหล็กเสริม โดยไม่ต้องใช้ไม้แบบ ซึ่งเป็นการรวมการทำแบบหล่อ และเหล็กเสริมเข้าด้วยกัน ด้วยกรรมวิธีการผลิต ซึ่งสามารถเข้าระบบอุตสาหกรรม สามารถเตรียมไว้ ล่วงหน้านอกสถานที่ก่อสร้าง เพื่อประหยัดเวลา คล่องตัวในการขนส่งไม่สิ้นเปลืองเนื้อที่ในการจัดเก็บ แต่ในการติดตั้งจะมีขั้นตอนในการติดตั้งหลายขั้นตอน จึงได้ทำการศึกษาและวิจัยเพื่อแก้ปัญหาเหล่า นี้ โดยรวมการทำแบบหล่อคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กพร้อมเหล็กเสริมและเหล็กเสริมแบบเกี่ยวล็อคเข้าด้วย กัน เพื่อลดขั้นตอนในการติดตั้ง สามารถนำมาประกอบติดตั้งได้ทันที ลดการสิ้นเปลืองวัสดุและเวลา ไม่ต้องถอดแบบ ไม่มีวัสดุเหลือใช้ที่ต้องเป็นภาระ สำหรับผนังและบันไดนั้น เมื่อกรอกปูนลงชิ้นงาน แล้วสามารถใช้เป็นผิวสำเร็จไม่ต้องฉาบปูนทับอีกครั้ง ทำให้สามารถทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ ต่อไปได้ เลย

Reinforced Concrete with Partial Interlocking Steel Reinforcing Members

        The process of reinforce concrete construction usually requires two separate essential preparation. Firstly, are formworks to contain are liquid form of a cement and to allow the cement to cure them self into concrete. Secondly, are round steel bars fabrication to place in the formworks to reinforce the cement against all the tension force. These process are actually complicate, formwork need an intricate supporting bracing and require retrieval, storage areas and especially a time to prepare right on construction sites while round bars should re embraced properly by cement. Only we have familiarized our self and become systematically submissive to these process.

        This research is basically combine the two steps of the preparation together. No need to separate the formworks from the steel reinforcement and yet you can still prepare reinforced concrete with partial interlocking steel and steel reinforcing members both prior to erection even outside the construction sites. It means the formworks that usually the on site preparation are able to do them elsewhere, even potential in industrialized to save time and cost directly and indirectly.
