Abstract

The case depicted Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) as an entity facing with changes in Organizational Management. The 17 managers from 13 work units, were selected to attend the 3-day Strategic Communication workshop. These participants were liased with the researcher in the analysis and synthesis of the organizational policies and performances based on several tools of thinking: Problem-based Learning, Critical Creativity, and the Feedback Model.
