This paper mainly discusses presentation skill classes for officials and follows an opportunity given to the writer to play a part in classes planned for the Lower Mekong Initiative (LMI) Phase Two, sponsored by the U.S. Embassy and the Ministry of Education in Thailand. Details on how the program and the classes were conducted are discussed, including extensive face-to-face classes, a distance learning course and a forum. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages that the writer encountered and learned from acting as a co-teacher in the face-to-face courses and the forum, and as an instructor in distance learning courses using a webinar are outlined.
