Applying the Concept of Political Utility through Voting Decision and Public Service Provision

Public service provision refers to activities concerning the public good that is carried out by public organizations under public laws or by the private sector under government regulations. The public service management is divided into three types: governmental, industrial and commercial, and social and cultural. This article aimed to introduce an application of the concept of political utility through voting decision and public service provision. To apply the concept of political utility, the public and representative candidates should understand and consider the following issues; political process, spatial context, human nature at the individual and social levels, rationality in decision making, political decision making, and relationship between political utility and voting decision.
