Abstract

This paper will try to delineate service users satisfaction in assessing service quality, focusing on sub-district health promotion hospital (SDHP) at 2 zones in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Thailand. The remaining dimensions of service quality will be included in the study to comparing between service users’ perceptions and expectations. The qualitative data taken from 670 respondents were analyzed of the mean and t-test made. It was found that the expectation was higher than the real percept in every aspect, both zones. It can be shown that the service of SDHP had less quality than the satisfaction expected by service users.
