Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the Management Capabilities of Pottery Village Entrepreneurs for Tourism of Dan Kwian Village, Dan Kwian Sub-district, Chokchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This is a survey research by collecting data from 98 of Pottery Village Entrepreneurs for Tourism. The research result revealed that the overall value of management capabilities of entrepreneurs is high ( $gif.latex?\bar{\chi&space;}$ =4.49). When considered on a case-by-case basis, showed in the first rank, the highest average value is marketing ( $gif.latex?\bar{\chi&space;}$ =4.55), followed by production ( $gif.latex?\bar{\chi&space;}$ =4.51), finance ( $gif.latex?\bar{\chi&space;}$ =4.48), and planning ( $gif.latex?\bar{\chi&space;}$ =4.42). The comparisons of the differences of factors affecting the management capabilities of entrepreneurs found that the different factors planning, production, marketing, and finance effected to the management capabilities of entrepreneurs differently with statistically significant level at .05. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the correlation coefficient value of the management capabilities factors of entrepreneurs is related and it is related in the same way. There is the relationship between factors of the management and the capabilities of entrepreneurs in all aspects with statistically significant level at .01. According to variation value regarding the management factors affecting the management capabilities of Pottery Village Entrepreneurs for Tourism is accounted for 33.50 percent (R2=.335).
