การศึกษาเพื่อท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดลำปาง (Education for the Local in Lampang Province)

Abstract

บทความมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะเสนอรูปแบบและลักษณะของหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่จัดขึ้นโดยองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดลำปาง โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากเอกสารงานวิจัย และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก บุคคลที่มีบทบาทเกี่ยวข้องกับความร่วมมือในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน จำนวน 53 คน ข้อมูลที่ได้ทั้งหมด เมื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์แล้วพบว่า ท้องถิ่นต้องจัดการศึกษาในเชิงบูรณาการและกำหนดหลักสูตรรายวิชาที่มีความสอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ของท้องถิ่น ในการบริหารจัดการการศึกษานั้น จะต้องใช้การบริหารในลักษณะเครือข่าย ที่เปิดโอกาสหรือเชิญให้ทุกภาคส่วนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา แทนที่จะใช้หลักสูตรและรูปแบบการจัดการศึกษาของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการดังที่เป็นอยู่ในปัจจุบันEducation for the Local in Lampang Province

The objective of this paper is to recommend a curriculum for basic education to the local administration organizations in Lampang province. The data on which this paper was based came from secondary sources such as previous research findings and indepth interviews involving a sample of 53 persons who were in charge of education in both the public and private sectors.

It was noted that the schools in the province had to adopt the central curriculum developed by the Ministry of Education, which was not suitable for the pupils in the local areas. It is recommended in this study that a new curriculum needs to be developed specifically for students in Lampang province. This new curriculum should be more relevant to and integrated with local needs, while maintaining clear objectives. To achieve these goals, a network management model, which allows all stakeholders to participate in all mangment functions, should be adopted.
