ความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาศักยภาพกลุ่มอาชีพปลาส้ม Success on Development of Vocational Farmer’s Group

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาศักยภาพกลุ่มอาชีพเกษตรกรกรณีศึกษา: กลุ่มปลาส้มบ้านหนองครก หมู่ที่ 11 ตำบลโพนทราย อำเภอโพนทราย จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในเขตเทศบาลตำบลโพนทราย ทั้งผู้ที่เป็น เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ ผู้นำท้องถิ่น/ผู้นำชุมชน ผู้ซื้อหรือผู้บริโภค กรรมการกลุ่มและสมาชิกกลุ่ม ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและบูรณาการข้อมูลระดับบุคคลให้เป็นระดับกลุ่ม

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า  กลุ่มปลาส้ม ตำบลโพนทราย สามารถดำเนินการให้ประสบผลสำเร็จได้นั้น เนื่องจากการผลิตที่มีคุณภาพ  คำนึงถึงความสะอาด ปลอดภัย ประกอบกับผู้นำมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มุ่งมั่นและทุ่มเทต่อการทำงานจนสามารถทำให้การทำปลาส้มตรงตามความต้องการของตลาดได้รับความนิยมและได้รับการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานของรัฐ  ตลอดจนการบริหารจัดการกลุ่ม มีการแบ่งปันกำไรให้กับสมาชิกทำให้กลุ่มมีรายได้และมีความเข้มแข็งคงอยู่ได้

Abstract

                This research had the objective to conduct a case study of a successful pickled fish vocational group in Nong Krok Village #11, Phon Sai Tambon, Phon Sai District, Roi Et Province.  Data were collected from key informants in thePhonSaiTambonMunicipalitywho were divided into four groups:  Government staff, local leaders, consumers of the product, and members of the vocational group. 

                The in-depth interviews showed that this group was successful due to the production of quality pickled fish, good hygiene, safe for consumption, creative mindset of the local leadership, and responsiveness to market preferences.  Government agencies have recognized the success of the group.  The group pays out dividends to group members based on sales and this is improving group solidarity and sustainability.
