ความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการอาชีพกลุ่มอาชีพทำผ้าบาติก เทศบาลตำบลหนองจอก (Successful Management by a Batik Community Enterprise in Nong Jawk Tambon)

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการของกลุ่มอาชีพผ้าบาติก เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับกลุ่มอาชีพอื่น โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินการศึกษาจากกลุ่มสตรีผ้าบาติกเทศบาลตำบลหนองจอก การเก็บรวบรวมขอ้มูลในรูปแบบสนทนาเชิงลึกการสนทนากลุ่มและการระดมสมอง

เทศบาลตำบลหนองจอกซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานบริหารราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น มีหนา้ที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของท้องถิ่น และการส่งเสริมอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ได้รวบรวมองค์ความรู้และนำบทเรียนจากความสำเร็จของกลุ่มทำผ้าบาติกใช้เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริม และพัฒนาประยุกต์แก่กลุ่มอาชีพอื่นในตำบลเพื่อเป็นการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับสินค้าสร้างรายได้สู่ชุมชน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การทำผ้าบาติกมีขั้นตอนการผลิตหลายขั้นตอน มีการถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้ผู้ที่สนใจและรักงานด้านศิลปะและฝึกฝนจนเกิดความชำนาญผ่านการสั่งสมประสบการณ์ผสมผสานระหว่างงานศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมอันทรงคุณค่ากับนวัตกรรมกระบวนการคิดค้นของคนรุ่นใหม่ก่อให้เกิดผลผลิตอันมีมูลค่า ปัจจยัของการบริหารจัดการที่ทำให้กลุ่มประสบความสำเร็จคือการมีผู้นำเป็นผู้ประสานสร้างความสามัคคีมีการแบ่งโครงสร้างการทำงานแบบคณะกรรมการและบริหารงานโดยใช้สมาชิกในการขับเคลื่อนสู่เป้าหมายกระบวนการผลิต มีการแบ่งงานกันทำตามความถนัดการผลิตตามความต้องการของลูกค้า มีการพัฒนาสร้างความแตกต่างของผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นความโดดเด่น ที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะของสินค้าความสำเร็จของการรวมกลุ่ม เป็นการสร้างสรรค์สินค้าในเชิงเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ให้ชุมชนมีความเข้มแข็งต่อไป

Successful Management by a Batik Community Enterprise in Nong Jawk Tambon

This case study had the objective of documenting the factors behind the success of a batik cloth production group and to expand the findings for other occupational groups.  Data were collected from members of the batik weaving group in Nong Jawk Tambon using in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and brainstorming.

The Nong Jawk Tambon Administrative Organization has the responsibility to support community enterprise and preserve the traditional culture and customs.  This study documented the local knowledge and lessons learned from the success of the local batik cloth production group as guidelines for replication to other groups in Nong Jawk with the same purpose.  This will increase the value-added of local products and increase income for the communities.  This study found that there are many steps in the batik production process, that there is sharing of knowledge and skills, and that there is a genuine love for this craft by the practitioners.  Batik production has been integrated into the local arts and culture such that the new generation is adopting the methods and sustaining the art, while adding value in the process.  Factors contributing to the success of the group include strong leadership, group solidarity, clear division of labor, an effective steering committee, and full participation of group membership as advocates for the production process.  Designs and cloth are produced to meet the market demands, and there is a continuous effort to innovate and produce unique designs and patterns.   The success of the group enterprise and the local creative process produces greater community solidarity as well.
