ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะ Soft Skills เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 25
Abstract
การวิจัยนี้ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาทักษะ Soft Skills เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ ของครู 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะ Soft Skills เพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครู 4,023 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 351 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 ลำดับแรก ดังนี้ 1) คือ ด้านทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา 2) ด้านการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการจัดการข้อมูล และ 3) คือ ด้านทักษะในการสื่อสาร ผลการศึกษา แนวทางในการพัฒนาพบว่า 1) ด้านทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหา ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การเรียนออนไลน์ การทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และการนำระบบวงจรคุณภาพ PDCA สู่การปฏิบัติจริง จัดการความรู้เกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรม และเผยแพร่วิธีสอนที่ดีเลิศของครู 2) ด้านการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการจัดการข้อมูล ผู้บริหารควรให้ครูจัดทำแผนพัฒนาตนเอง (Individual Development Plan : ID PLAN) พัฒนาระบบการนิเทศภายใน ใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย สร้างขวัญกำลังใจครู และสนับสนุน ให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย 3) ด้านทักษะในการสื่อสาร ผู้บริหารควรจัดระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ กระตุ้นให้ครูใช้สื่อ และเทคนิคที่หลากหลาย พัฒนาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศ
ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study needs assessment to develop soft s kills for teacher learning management, 2) to examine guidelines in soft skills development for teacher learning management. The population were 4,023 administrators and teachers, and the samples were 351 people. The research results the first three priority as follows: 1) Critical thinking and problem solving skills, 2) the life-long learning and information management , and 3) the communication skills.The study results on guidelines for the development indicated that: Skills, critical thinking and problem solving : workshop process, learning lessons online , encourage to conduct the research, encourage to bring quality cycle (PDCA) into the real practice, manage the knowledge about innovations, and disseminate excellent teaching methods.The aspect of lifelong learning and information management: Determine to make Individual Development Plan: (ID PLAN), develop the internal supervision share and learn together ,use modern technology ,build teacher morale, support a wide range of learning resources. The communication skills : Manage the information system, encourage to use the media and various , develop the information system.
