การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านงานวิชาการของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านงานวิชาการของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านงานวิชาการของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย การเก็บข้อมูลแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 เป็นการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยง 0.97 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนด้านงานวิชาการ กลุ่มวิชามนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ จำนวน 47 คน ระยะที่ 2 เป็นการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิเคราะห์ประเด็นสำคัญนำมาจัดหมวดหมู่ และนำเสนอในรูปของความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านงานวิชาการของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ การบริหารความเสี่ยง การติดตามผล ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ การระบุความเสี่ยงและการประเมินความเสี่ยง แนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านงานวิชาการของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นควรมีแนวทางดังนี้ การกำหนดนโยบายบริหารความเสี่ยงต้องเป็นนโยบาย แนวทางปฏิบัติ มีการจัดทำคู่มือปฏิบัติงาน จัดให้มีหน่วยงานในการบริหารความเสี่ยง เพื่อทำหน้าที่ช่วยเหลือในการดำเนินการสนับสนุนการนำการบริหารความเสี่ยงมาปฏิบัติและการพัฒนาความสามารถในการบริหารความเสี่ยงของบุคลากร
ABSTRACT
This objectives of this research were to study the current status of risk management on academic affair of the supporting staff in Khon Kaen University and to study the guidelines of risk management on academic affair on supporting staff in Khon Kaen University using the descriptive research methodology. Data collection was separated into two phrases: the first phrase was a quantitative data collection through questionnaire with the validity of 0.97. The population for this research were 47 supporting staff for the academic affair from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The second phrase was a qualitative data collection through interviews. The data was analyzed through prioritizing, categorizing, and presenting the data in a form of an essay. From the result of the study, it was found that the aspect on current status of the risk management on academic affair of the supporting staff in Khon Kaen University with the highest average was determining the objectives, the risk management, and the follow up. The aspect with the lowest average were determining the risks and the estimation of the risks. The guidelines for the risk management for the supporting staff of Khon Kaen University should be as follows: the determination on risk management should become a policy with guideline for the actions, and consist of the handbook for risk management. There should be a unit that’s responsible for managing the risk to help providing the support for the implementation of the risk management and the development of the potential in risk management for the staff.
