การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 (Risk Management on Administrative in School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 30)

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียน และเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 การเก็บข้อมูลแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 เป็นการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 80 คน และครู จำนวน 310 คน รวมทั้งหมด 390 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.974 ระยะที่ 2 เป็นการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้การสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และนำเสนอด้วยวิธีการบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์งานการศึกษาและด้านกิจการนักเรียน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านงานเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษาและด้านงานอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม แนวทางการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการบริหารทั่วไปของโรงเรียน ด้านงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษา สถานศึกษาควรนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการจัดการศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพนำไปสู่สังคมแห่งภูมิปัญญาและการเรียนรู้  และด้านงานอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งแวดล้อม  สถานศึกษาควรมีการวางแผนการดำเนินงาน เพื่อจัดลำดับความเสี่ยงในการควบคุมดูแลอาคารสถานที่ และควรสร้างความตระหนักให้กับผู้เรียน

The objectives of this research were to study the level of risk management on administrative in school and propose the guideline for risk management on general administration of these schools. Data collection was divided into two phases. Phase 1 involved collecting quantitative data using the questionnaire with the validity coefficient at 0.974. Sampling group, consisted of 390 persons including 80 school administrators and 310 teachers. Phase 2 emphasized on collecting qualitative data through focus group discussion. Data analysis was made by content analysis method before presenting the result through description. The findings were as follows: The highest mean score was found with the educational public relation and the student affairs. The lowest mean score was found with the information technology for education and the building & grounds and environment. Guidelines for risk management on administrative; For the information technology for education: school should implement the information technology to manage and enhance the quality of education for being the wisdom and learning community. In terms of building & grounds and environment: school should have an operation plan for setting priority of risks on building and grounds maintenance and control, and school should initiate the awareness on this matter among students.
