An Evaluation of the Development of Older Persons’ Quality of Life Training Program for Pru Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

This research was a mixed methods research and its’ purpose was to evaluate the development of older persons’ quality of life training program for Pru Yai Subdistrict Municipality, Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province according to aspects: context, input, process and product by using Stufflebeam's CIPP evaluation model. The research target consisted of 1) population that was composed of 48 committees and speakers, 5 administrators, 10 staffs and 2) Yamane’s form was 110 participants which was calculated by using simple random sampling. The research instruments were questionnaire, interviewing forms and focus group discussion. The collected data were analyzed by percentage (%), mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.) and content analysis. The result’s evaluation of the development of older persons’ quality of life training program considered appropriated at the high level. When considering each side, it was found that the participants considered appropriated at the high level for 4 sides which consisted of context, input, process and product. When considering average of each side, it was found that input was at the highest level ( = 3.50) and product was at the lowest level ( = 3.46)
