The Development of Organizational Innovative Indicators in School under the Provincial Administrative Organization in the Middle of North East

The objectives of this research were to: Development of innovative organization indicators of the schools under the Provincial Administration Organization Northeastern Region. Research instrument for data collection was the Questionnaire with the reliability coefficient at 0.98. The samples were 360 persons consisted of administrators and teachers. Data analysis was descriptive statistics and reference statistics by using SPSS for Windows Program and M plus Editor Version7. Research findings were as follows; 1. Forty-nine innovative organization indicators of the schools under the Provincial Administration Organization Northeastern Region. Average values and distribution coefficients were determined according to the criteria. Mean is equal to or greater than 3.00 and the distribution coefficient is equal to or less than 20%. 2.Index of Harmonization of Innovative Organization Indicators of the schools under the Provincial Administration Organization Northeastern Region Meet the criteria. Chi-square (χ2) =66.068, Degrees of freedom (df) = 59, P-Value = 0.246, RMSEA = 0.018, SRMR = 0.021, CFI = 0.998, TLI =0.997. Four main components. The weight is higher than 0.70. Fourteen sub-elements. The weight is higher than 0.30. Forty- nine Indicators. The weight is higher than 0.30.
